Albuquerque

Hello,

Well, I work in film, which sometimes means I am on location in fun places, and sometimes more remote ones. It looks like I'm headed to Albuquerque for the next 6 months. Does anyone have any recommendations while I'm there?

I think there was a thread about a trip Devon was making, and there were suggestions about hotels, where to say,

some things to do.

 

(Sandia Tram, UNM geology museum, place of the governor's in Santa Fe, etc. If you're going to be there during the

summer there's the Santa Fe Opera and a chamber music festival.)

I haven't been there in several years, but I was impressed when I visited back in the 1980s by the fact that the local telephone book Yellow Pages had "gay bars" as a listing in the index, and they were accurate!
