I believed in Santa far longer than I ever believed in the christian god.

 

But Santa--there was tangible evidence that he existed, presents under the tree every Christmas morning. Plus, any questions I had were usually answered. Why is there a different Santa in every department store? They are just Santa's helpers, the real Santa stays at the North Pole. So I never seriously questioned Santa, why look a gift horse in the mouth...
