As an Auburn fan, I was happy to see both FSU and especially unbeatable Alabama lose yesterday. The Bama loss was pretty stunning :)

I agree Mariota is a great player and seems to be a great guy. And is hot. The video of his emotional acceptance of the Heisman is pretty touching.

But check out Joel Stave, Wisconsin's QB. I never saw him before he beat my team in the Outback bowl yesterday. He's unbelievable. http://media.jrn.com/images/660*413/b99243207z.1_20140408234533_000_g7r5m1qg.1-1.jpg

Also hot, honorable mention to Auburn's redshirt freshman place kicker Daniel Carlson

Sammie Coates, also Auburn

And finally, Bama's offensive coordinator (formerly USC), Lane Kiffin's not bad to look at either. He's probably not feeling well today.

Can't wait till Jan12!

I think the experts should question whether they have been overrating the strength of the SEC West all season long. All five of the ranked teams in the division lost their bowl games to teams from other conferences, and Mississippi's loss to TCU was embarrassing (42-3). One wonders if Alabama should have been ranked #1, considering that their one loss was to Mississippi.

With the below development, maybe there won't be such a Quack Quack Attack Monday night. Ducks' Vegas odds just dropped by 3 points.

Dallas -- Oregon Ducks receiver Darren Carrington did not make the trip to Dallas for Monday night's College Football Playoff Championship Presented by AT&T against Ohio State, the school confirmed Friday.

Comcast Sportsnet reported Friday night that Carrington, a freshman from San Diego, failed an NCAA-administered drug test, testing positive for marijuana.

Oregon spokesman Dave Williford confirmed Carrington did not make the trip, but the team wouldn't address the situation until coach Mark Helfrich appears at Saturday morning's media day.

If Carrington doesn't play against the Buckeyes on Monday night, it would be a big blow for Oregon's high-powered offense.

The Ohio State Buckeyes!!!:D:)

Always glad to see it go to the midwesterners. (Or the Big 10!)

The wrong midwesterners, but I'll raise an ear of corn in salute all the same! It was quite a thrilling contest from what I've read.

And they have great traditions, like dotting the ... umm ... cameraman?
