Noon time appointments - good or bad?

I recently had an incident where I scheduled a noon time appointment with a visiting escort because that is all my schedule could allow. At the time of booking, he was fine with the scheduled time. However, the day of the appointment, one hour before meeting I get a text from him saying he could not get a late check out from his hotel as he was switching hotels that day (something he did not communicate earlier). He asked to rescheduled, but I had to say no because my lunch hour was all I could give him.

 

So my question to the readers of this forum, do you have an issue taking noon time appointments or not? Was I in the wrong in any way in this situation?

I often do early afternoon appointments. Sometimes they get pushed back a little. I find most escorts are not so interested in morning appointments. I think that escorts don't have control on how late their night might go the night before. So I roll with the punches when the time needs to be set back a bit.

I don't think you or the escort did anything wrong. Just curious: were you not able to do a lunch time appointment that following day?

I take appointments any time from 8am until 11pm

 

Most of my Incalls are daytime appointments. Most of my Outcalls are evenings but I see a guy every 10-15 days for outcall to his home at around 11am. He's a milkman and makes his deliveries early morning and so I see him after he's finished his rounds.

I can understand your frustration.

 

I think most traveling escorts have bumped into similar constraints due to travel/flight schedule or hotel limitations/check out. From personal experience it pays to stay loyal with your favorite hotel chain. I can get late check outs till 4pm with no fuss and no questions asked. Some were gracious to even extend the complimentary check out till 6 or 7 pm.

Yes a lot of my typical daytime appointments are the same. I get a lot of travelling reps in the afternoon. Many years ago when I went out to work, I started at 8am, therefore my body clock is trained to wake up by 6/7am every morning. It's not unknown for me to have very early appointments. Noon can be hard - do I eat before? after? Noon likely means fitting it in between work or other meetings, which can be difficult if things run over... I have to cast a vote for early morning being nice if the escort is a morning person. Bring the escort some coffee, cuddle in bed for awhile and then let the fun begin, great way to start the day. I also like later afternoon, and anything after an 8:30pm start is hard for me as I'm starting to wind down by then.

I prefer all day appointments, so sex during the afternoon is usually a given, and I try not to schedule an appointment when it might interfere with an escort checking in or checking out. I usually schedule appointments in the middle of their visit. It gives them a chance to settle in. I don't see noon time appointments as good or bad. It depends on what is conducive to both people involved.

It does, but it's the forum policy that you can't write a review of an escort for an appointment that never happened. Posting in the forum is the best you can do.

I assume blackriver you were meeting the escort at his hotel. Obviously he thought an extension was possible but, having worked hotels, it depends on how booked they were the next day, the maids schedule (most leave by 4), the room may already have been promised to an early arrival etc. etc. etc.etc. etc.etc.

 

If not at his hotel then he could have checked his bags, done the appointment and moved to next hotel later - but your schedule suggests the meeting was at his hotel. Late checkout policies can change on a dime.

I'm one who tends to block out noon-time appointments when traveling. Even if not changing hotels, and with late check-out, housekeeping can without warning barge through at any given moment. On my latest hotel stay, a maid said she "was new, and didn't see the do not disturb sign". Changing hotels was a perfectly valid reason for needing to change times. Unfortunately, not knowing the specifics of why...I don't see anyone being in the wrong on this one. It's just the simple pitfalls and challenges of travel-based appointment setting. similar to 3 pm check-ins and breakfast ending at 9 am. I always wish hotels would let you stay a full 24 hours from the time you checked in...sort of like rental cars do. but of course, that's pure fantasy.

Such policy (24 hours from time of check in) exists in Singapore hotels.

 

Elsewhere, as cash4trash mentioned a late check out can be arranged against compensation varying up to 50% of the rate.

 

If you travel a lot, you can work on building elite status with one hotel chains.

For me I prefer daytime appointments and have found no problem since my clients seem to prefer morning's or afternoons leaving me free for my private life such as gym in the evenings and weekends
