Well, since it doesn’t appear that any of his public posts violated TOS, I will take a guess that he violated TOS in a Private Message. FWIW it wasn’t me that reported him. It does narrow it down to anyone who ever posted an opinion different from his. Things aren’t all that gloomy for him, though. It looks like one of his other screen names, IceFireWizard, is still enabled.

exactly, a metaphor inspired by his change from versatile to top a year ago I guess. Btw his comments about guys using grindr as an alternative way to meet escorts made him sound insecure, almost nervous about this new trend, several other posters pointed at his reaction while other escorts like Killian James and Juan Vancouver didn't care and saw it as a way to get rid of cheap callers asking for a discount, now they can just try grindr instead of asking for a "30 mins special".

As pointed out further down-thread, the comment was about something entirely different than Steven’s actual butt! I am here to defend that amazing ass which Mr. Draker is blessed with, certainly one of the wonders of the escorting world which I feel very lucky to have eaten out when we met!
