National Ice Cream Day

A dear friend of mine who resides in Brooklyn recently informed during one of our visits that July was recognized as "National Ice Cream Month" and that the third Sunday of July (Today!) as "National Ice Cream Day"... I had no idea. Thought I'd share this with the Ice Cream lovers. Then again, if you love Ice Cream then you probably already knew this.

Thanks, AJ. About fifteen minutes while I scrolled through my Facebook entries for today, a San Francisco tag mentioned it in conjunction with one of the city's famous ice cream

entrepreneurs. If I did NOT have to work on my cholesterol levels, I'd definitely imbibe, for I love and am addicted to certain flavors produced by Haagen Daz!

I love ice cream, unfortunately for my waist. My biggest weakness. At least I go to the gym every day to combat my addiction.

I unapologetically eat ice cream now and again when the mood strikes. As far a cholesterol, waistline, lactose intolerance, or any other yield signs, I say, you live short die long so pass me the Tin roof Sundae from Edy's.
