I don't watch the show- I haven't watched much network TV over the last 4 years unless I have been at a relative's house. So I wasn't aware of this show. But I just looked it up. I'm sure most of you know that Frederic used to be a gay porn star under the name of Tag Eriksson.

It's certainly been very strongly indicated that Ryan is gay in this thread, but no one has actually posted his sexual preference. I guess you were the closest, mentioning that you meet him at several social occasions.

I think it's been "strongly indicated" that he's straight, unless someone can prove otherwise.

lol..not in my opinion. I just think that Fredrik is the cutest little thing, and has a killer body on him, that he is keeping in very nice shape, thank you very much....love his smile, the legs, the chest and tats.:p

I couldn't agree more with BVB. Fredrik is H O T, hot! And, yes, his body is smokin'. I would certainly pay extra for him. In season one, when I learned he had done gay porn, I ran to the store. A little disappointed with the quality. But, I guess there was no HD back them.

 

There is another NY Real Estate show on one of the cable channels. I don't remember the name. But, there was this manager queen on it wearing Burberry plaid pants. Now that's too much Burberry even for me! And that's saying a lot!

I'm sure these "Reality Stars" are not taken seriously by the Majority of the Seriously Rich!

 

Considering how much much Ryan and Fredrik are making they can probably retire in 5 years.

 

I can't imagine anyone finding Fredrik "hot." He has major ugly gay face and his over-the-top steretyped queen behavior is completely unattractive. But different strokes for different folks as they say.
