PK for what it's worth, I am on full hormone replacement therapy as a result of a pituitary adenoma that basically killed my pituitary gland. I inject testosterone weekly. My endocrinologist has me monitor the dosage based on the number of mornings that I have a morning erection. Semi-Annually, we measure testosterone levels by blood tests, but on a weekly basis my 57 year old pecker needs to rise to the occasion 3-4 times or there is an issue.

 

I'd suggest everyone on the forum get their hormone levels tested at least every 3-5 years. If I had done that at 22, we'd have found that tumor 15 years earlier.
