There are numerous outstanding escorts that could help in that regard, many post here from time to time. I would think that for purpose of discussion, it would help everyone to know what physical type turns you on. You will need to be attracted to him first and foremost....and if there is a particular scene that you are into, like say for instance bondage. That information I think is needed. Great thread. Although I agree that the escort's looks and so forth are important, I'd be a bit hesitant to get into sub specialties of bondage, etc. As a total newbie my biggest concern was trying to figure out all the jargon, the need for the clock and dagger stuff (reminded me of Boris and Natasha), and mainly how to make the first step without being a total goof ball. Obviously I would vote for Chris Eisenhower not because he's super nice and hot, which he is, but because he can take control (in a good way) and get a nervous newcomer to actually actualize what needs to happen. That's really a skill that can make all the difference whereas too many clinical details could actually scare away some newbies by making them even more nervous?

I do need to clarify that I have hired before. But honestly, I've struggled relaxing and just enjoying things when I was having sex. Thus, the question. I need someone who can take time and be patient with me, even when I'm "screwing things up", and also allowing things to go at my speed and not theirs.
