I am meeting two different escorts over a two day period in a week or so. I am at that age where I could use a little help for my erection. I have trouble taking pills and also try to avoid taking pharmaceuticals unless absolutely necessary. So does anyone have any suggestions or experience with natural foods, drinks or herbs that can be used to help in this regard? If so, how much and for how long before the meeting? I doubt it will be as effective as I understand Viagra to be, but every little bit helps :)

I've looked through the internet and the ideas/suggestions are too much to digest. So looking for first hand experience or suggestions.

If this has been discussed before, I apologize but I could not locate any previous threads with my rudimentary search.

There are no real effective natural products though Yohimbine has been used for years and has had reports of success. Rhino horn but it does involve slaughtering a rather large animal or getting close enough to it to chop off its horn.

Lets face it, human males have been trying for centuries to find something that works at preserving an erection. We have slaughtered to near extinction several species besides the rhino, i believe walrus and tiger are on the list. Why not just use something that works and is, after all, natural, just not botanical. There is nothing unnatural about Viagra, Levitra and Cialis. Levitra now comes in a sublingual dose so you dont have to swallow only suck and wait.

PC warning. Do not use these medications unless you have consulted a doctor and confimed that your health is such that you can have repeated hours of sweaty sex without dying.

Is that similar to the "warning" given in the ads to consult medical help if your erection lasts more than 4 hours? One of the greatest bits of advertising "skill" ever.

Best regards,

KMEM

As my friend PK has said usually the "Suck and Wait" works very well!

For long there was an OTC capsule called StiffNights that worked well for me. But the FDA yanked it -- apparently it caused sudden blood-pressure drop in some people.

I read that it's been replaced by this one:

http://www.stiff4hours.com/

Haven't tried it myself, but some discussion sites give it good marks, e.g. http://www.topix.com/forum/health/erectile-dysfunction/T4OFVRLD390E9RG6U

Of course like anything OTC (think all-night convenience stores & porn shops, not CVS) that works, it probably carries serious health risks of one kind or another.

Exercise, lose your gut, and eat healthy.

I have to say that as general advice and for me in particular, I have found this, as a longer-term solution, to work really well. I'm 54 and 6'1", and when I went from the 250s to around 205-210, my erections became much better. I also went off my antidepressants for a while, which I think helped as well. OTOH, my depression problems got worse again. Now I'm exercising regularly and on a new, and rather expensive, antidepressant, Prestiq, which has fewer sexual side effects.

Wayout's issues may have nothing to do with his physical shape, of course! And for immediate purposes, ingestion may be the key to erection! :)

Damiana is a new one on me. I'll have to look into it. The stiff nights things were pretty good, but I think it was the yohimbine ingredient that made it work.

Yeah, i looked for it on amazon. The comments were about it being sort of energizing but sometimes giving you a irregular heart beat. I know Yohimbine does that from personal experience.

Wayout- unfortunately you might be of the mistaken notion that just because something is natural there won't be side effects. The problem with that is many drugs are based on natural products- digoxin for heart problems is based ultimately on a compound from foxgloves- Chinese Red Yeast Rice for cholesterol has compound that are statins similar to Lipitor. So any side effects or problems seen in the drug could also be seen in the 'natural compound'. Basically any natural compound that is strong enough to cause the same type of effect as a drug- then it is probably strong enough to cause the same type of side effects as a drug.

Very true! "Natural' doesn't always mean 'safe'. And no drug, natural or otherwise, has only a SINGLE effect.

Thanks for all the interesting feedback. I hadn't really considered the points about natural not necessarily meaning safe before. I think I will give oysters and fresh ginger a try as suggested by Steve. I love both so its an easy thing to try for me and will see how it works :-)
