>With the start of baseball season

Just watched the Angels & Cubs in pre-season play.

Sammy Sosa is as do-able as ever. Ever seen him with his shirt off? As smooth and firm as a billiard ball(s).

Bring on those baseball players!

Fukky Baby! I've never created or stated any rules of any kind here. I don't run this place; I just play here. I don't see anything argumentative or hostile about my reply. Some of you guys take this place way too seriously.

>I thought you were all about being up-beat and entertaining!

I'm not all about anything other than being myself & expressing myself & marketing myself as an escort. Whatever anyone gets from what I post is their interpretation of me, not mine.

AMEN!!!! But what the hell do I know??? I thought Bastian's thread was totally hijacked by political bs and character assasination. But then again when I stated that opinion and thought it "sucked" that other's pc vindicativeness relegated it to the political forum, I was branded as a "whiner". Well, who gives a damn! :-(

It seems to me, and I apologize if I misinterpret, that the majority on this board think that if you don't live and patronize NYC that you are a total rube, with nothing worthy to say! If that's what they want, then let them start their own little private board! :-(

This is a JOKE.....right?

] For such a diverse group, there seem to be a lot of very stringent "rules" for talking here. And really, isn't that all a Message Board is.....written conversation? Not sure about yo'all, but when I'm talking to people we don't categorize our topics of conversation and slap someone's hand if he changes the subject--conversation and communication is a dynamic process and is most interesting when it flows naturally.

From what some of you are saying, you expect these posts to be neatly tucked away as if they were categories in the Encyclopedia Britanica -- with a Dewey Decimal number assigned and little if any deviation allowed. Seems a bit anal, doesn't it? :+

This is an internet board, not a group of people sitting around a table sipping coffee and conversing. As such, there are specific forums and threads under those forums. If I open a thread inquirinq about action vis a vis, hung black studs in the Dominican Republic, I don't want to page thru a bunch of pc bullshit calling me a "racist" and denigrating me as a person. Take it elsewhere, if you have nothing to respond to on the topic under discussion! :)

Alright I was in a cardroom in the LA area where this hot asian guy was standing at a urnial while I washed my hands for 15 minutes trying to put a smooth move on him and ... oops didn't mean to hijack the thread.

BTW since 9-11 is it politically correct to use the word "hijacking?" Kind of like yelling fire in a movie theater.

Rick I agree 100% with what you wrote. And I'll add that the Forum titles are a guide as to the topics to be discussed ... if there isn't enough interest a thread will be igonored (like most of mine) or hijacked (like most of mine). And that is OK it is what keeps this place interesting. Well that and FFF :) .

The Dixie flag escort could have ended all the so-called "PC BS" simply by recanting, and posting a new pic. Instead, he chose to say that he was defending his values by defending the flag of hate and slavery. In doing so, he himself pushed his post into the political forum, and one hopes his career in the toliet! He hijacked his own thread when he chose to pose behind that flag. He would have had to be an imbecile who does not read the newspapers to not know that doing so would offend some potential clients and draw a response from some on this board.

I think in many respects this is the typical context of hijacking. Someone starts talking about A, but comments about B in passing or knows that to many A, B and C are tied together, then the same person starts to whine when people respond talking about B and C. That's not a very realistic model of communication.

I somewhat agree. It seems that SOME of the NYC posters don't realize how different the rest of the country is outside their own world of ONE Big City. I spent most of my time in the Midwest and South...for me NYC is almost like a different Country. A great place to visit though.

Aren't we getting testy. I can distictly recall you saying in a private e mail to a friend of mine that you refrain from getting involved in anything argumentative as you feel it is to your advantage to come across as the loveable Rick - so to speak. Good for business you said.

I'm not condeming you for being a bit antsy - just commenting on it!

fukamarine - who can get antsy at the drop of a dildo.

I agree. I have exchanged several emails with him and he did indeed take it all in good humor. I found his communications to be very well written and they indicated to me that he is an educated, intelligent young man who is very nice and who sounds like someone you would like to meet and spend time with. :)

Fukamarine, I don't know who you are, I don't know who your friend is, and I don't recall writing that. Anyone can get on here & say that anyone said anything to anyone in a private email. It's totally pointless. And even if I did say that, the message center rules say: "posting a private message or private email written to you does constitute poor etiquette...(and) many members of this board consider it distasteful."

>as you feel it is

Cute...throw in "so to speak" so you can quote me without actually quoting me. But anyway...I was still being the same Loveable Rick in my post to woodlawn. Just call it "tough love." :p

What a sense of humor? The confederate flag. Now that's a joke, isn't it? And what intelligence? Why not start a marketing campaign by alienating some potential clients? Now the only way that could be intelligent is if he thought he would attract more racist clients than the ones he would turn off by his defense of racism. Great, so he is an amiably racist, do devils always have horns?
