Cody Foster...no one was more perfect in my eyes. Had a chance once on set with one of his movies, but I didn't have the nerve to approach him in that capacity. He is sadly gone now.

Funny you should mention him, just TODAY a message popped up from his long defunct yahoo group I must have joined eons ago, from the group founder forwarding a message from Cody (aka Shawn Sumner's) DAUGHTERS, twin girls, NOW 21, one has children herself which would make him a GRANDFATHER today. Apparrantly they are in need of funds and attempting to re-market and sell some of his films and photos. (How I'm not sure since I'd assume all of it belongs to the studios they came from)

THIS IS THE YAHOO POST

Cody's twin daughters turned 21 last year! Now that the girls are over 21 we have decided to memorialize him through a web page. Please stop by. I created the page and we moderate it together. Some of you may not know that Cody and I made this yahoo group when he was still alive. In 2002 I also wrote the ABOUT section. I truley appriciate those that have kept his memory alive. Now his daughters and grandsons need your support. We will soon have a link to purchase Cody's videos on codyfoster.net

All sales through the site directly benefit his daughters Brandy and Brittany as well as his 2 grandsons.

Thanks for these memories. I met Casey at a dinner party not long before he passed. Very sweet, and unassuming. Would have love to have met him five years earlier. My not-hiring regrets stem from the same era, and I don't even know if they escorted: Gordon Grant and Chad Douglas. Both still my go-to Saturday night dates. LOL

So glad to hear he was nice. Another one from that era (and before actually) I met many times was Jack Wrangler, while he and Margaret were together and happy. A good bud my age was a friend of hers here in NYC since he was young. Jack (forget real name) was a very smart guy and talented as a director (staging shows). Alotta ppl mocked their relatiomship, an aging star and a gay porn actor 22 yrs her junion lol, but they seemed happy so who is anyone to mock? (like that Sex In The City storyline w Nathan Lane :-) Was sad at the end, they were both sick and had to live apart to be cared for, think her daughter who despised their relationship made the decision for her. But he was STILL sexy late in life. (short, I was shocked first time we met lol) But sexy.

Tom Chase.....closer to the end of his working career - a hot, hairy, HUNG dad type.

& if Ken Ryker ever escorted....I would regret having missed him too....

& Zak Spears.....maybe before he went bald (or shaved) - with him the more all over hair, the better....

Rod Majors aka Excellent-Top in NYC. His videos were kind of uneven, but the hot ones were smoking hot. He had some great reviews. I was in SF one time while he was travelling, but we couldn't work things out. Seemed like a nice guy in those day. Since then he's had some minor controversy over being ex-military, conservative, on the fringes of right-wing journalism, and deliberately understating his gay porn career. Still, as Rod Majors and Excellent-Top he had a great look and great attitude.

He was the first escort I ever thought seriously about hiring. I called him when he was in San Francisco and he told me over the phone that he didn't think we were a good match - he wouldn't say why, just said he had "a feeling."

Years ago, before the Internet, my introduction to all this was seeing a full page ad for Alex Carrington in Frontiers Magazine. The ad said "Total Top, Outcall Only" or something like that. I remember thinking really? I thought about it forever but never did it. I was in my early twenties and naive as hell. The other is Leo Giamani. I'd see his ad listed in San Diego a lot and kept planning to go but never made it.

Hey Lanky, Aaron Mark does visit the U.S. from time to time. Four years ago came to NYC and had him up to y place near Niagara Falls to see the Falls. Two years ago, he came back to LV for two months and I spent soe time with him. Hot as ever and a sweetheart.

I would add Chad Knight to the list. I wonder what ever happened to the many hot (and I'm guessing str8) guys who starred in the "Aspen" ski movies series from the early 90's? It was truly a beauty fest!

Peace,

1991: Bar in South Jersey. Joey Stephano. Had never hire an escort at that point, and was afraid to repond to his very obvious financial invitation. Always regretted it.

The poor thing may have already been sick by then (he was gone 3 years later) so your "fear" may have been a blessing. I saw him about a year before he passed, in summer coming out of my friends building in The Village, had a very very dirty meth look, and long ponytail. SO sad :-(

I all, I'm new here and was trying to decide where would be a good place to say hello. Being that this thread by the OP, evokes feelings for me, I can say that my biggest regret was not hiring Tristan Waters, when I lived in Florida. There was a period of time, after my ex-bf and I broke up that I didn't have sex for nearly 3 years. I can't tell you the number of times I stared at pictures of those baby blue eyes and killer smile and nearly wrote him an email. Heh, blushing now just writing this.

Hi again.

I've been wanting to hire Raul Manzo and David-SF for years now. I'm worried they'll retire before I make that happen.

I haven't heard any retirement talk from RGM, he seems to be enjoying his profession right now more than ever! He is certainly among the top escorts available these days, so don't worry about the "Sword of Damocles" - just hire him! ;)
