This very Professional and damn cute Belami Model "Working Guy" definitely wrote one of the Best Responses to a Review I have read in a long time!

I never understood what the Big Freaking Deal it is to some Clients to.. "Show The Money" before the Session? Makes No Sense to me. And IF it's going to make the Working Guy feel more at ease the Session will no doubt go better for BOTH Partie's!

Granted alot of Working Guys donot ask BUT that's the way they Operate. Ya gotta learn to go with the Flow..or neither party is gonna CUM out of the Session as Happy as they could have been!

Actually I totally disagree and thought his response was a lame attempt to cover a job poorly done. True pros don't ask for money up-front. This review seemed fair and reasonable given the circumstances. Just my two cents.

I don't get the big deal of seeing the money upfront.

SEEING the money upfront is one thing. GIVING THE MONEY upfront is another.

As usual, an aside: I went to Disneyworld with a young fellow. I was going to give him 1/2, 1/4 and 1/4 (or something like that) during the week.

He took a little of it, and wanted me to hold the rest. I never did figure out why - I think there might be a bit of a spendthrift in him.

I don't have a problem with showing the money upfront, especially with a first meeting. Actually, with the guys I see regularly, I prefer to get the business done in the beginning so that I don't have to worry about it and can concentrate on having a good time. I'm not quite sure who to believe, Patrick or Pepper Jack. One thing I noticed is that Patrick did not respond to any of the other concerns mentioned by the reviewer. I'm thinking the two just bashed heads in the beginning and it went down hill from there. Chalk it up to experience, but if I were going to hire Patrick, I'd proceed with extreme caution and make sure we both understand what is expected.

It sends the message "I am going to take your money and only deliver if I feel like it." Do you pay for other services up-front? Haircuts? Meals in restaurants? Shoe shines? No, you don't.

I completely agree with you. This "response" has "I am lying through my eastern European teeth" all over it. Smarmy, flowery language is a cover-up for what really happened, and did anyone else catch the subtle threat about revealing client information towards the end?

While there's always some shades of gray involved in situations like these—I tend to favor the person who doesn't go for the dramatic approach to explaining their side of the situation, because experience tells me this person is detached and objective and factual. The only other thing I have to say is Mr. Client should 1) look around for a cheaper massage, since $290/hr is kinda steep, and 2) if someone is trying to jerk you off 30 minutes in, have the balls to say "no, I'm not ready."

Mr. Client could have also given him less money for less time.

On the paying first issue --

When I first started hiring, I paid upfront on a leap of faith so that the escort would know I had the money and wasn't ripping him off, and then I was trusting Daddy's Reviews and my own gut instinct that I had a guy who wasn't going to rip me off once money was in hand. And while I was doing that, Daddy's and gut served me well. I was never ripped off, and I always took the lead in doing that. I didn't wait to be asked. And on top of all that, I just kind of assumed that would be the natural order of things.

As that transpired a few times, I got a vague funny feeling from some of the various guys while doing that -- though nothing was overtly said to me. Then I read on here from various clients and escorts that a lot of escorts want you to discreetly place an envelope with the fee in it for them to unceremoniously pick up at the end of the session, with little or no discussion about it.

I've read on here that a lot of them like that to help protect against a sting and they seem to think it makes the scene less awkward for both parties.

Ultimately, I have no problem paying upfront or at the end, though I've come to prefer paying at the end. It seems the bulk of the bad reviews come from escorts who assertively demanded money upfront and the client is intimidated and goes along. So that now would raise a red flag with me that perhaps wouldn't have been raised a few years ago.

The bottom line is I'm not a mind reader, and some escorts want payment upfront and others want payment at the end of the session, and very few are pro-active about saying which way they prefer. I've also noticed practically every escort assumes his way of conducting business is the standard, obvious way of doing it, and that's an absolutely bad assumption on their parts. Practically every one I've hired -- and that's around a dozen now -- has some variation -- slight or major -- in the way he wants to conduct the business side of it.

... SO ... it's now another standard question I ask escorts before sealing the deal. I like to make sure both parties understand the payment arrangement beforehand. Even if it's on his website, I reconfirm verbally that I understand how that's to go down.

Whenever I hire for a BFE, which is always, and whenever I hire based on Daddy's reviews, which is almost always, I don't ask them. I just give them the $$$ at the beginning, and say I want to end without the money part getting in the way. They have a lot more to lose than I do if they leave too early. I've never ha a problem so far.

As for the issue of Mr. Zsolt's response, I agree with the others who thought it pretty inadequate and dodgy.

I hate to indulge in stereotypes, but the God's honest truth is it just further reinforces my disinclination to ever hire an Eastern European guy, especially if he got his start in porn. Perhaps they suffered a lot of exploitation in their porn careers and that's jaded them -- I don't know. But there seems to be a lot of bad reviews and shady operators in their realm.

NOW THAT SAID, I sure hope to hire Mr. Arpad Miklos one day. But he has a solid reputation. So there's definitely room in my mind to be persuaded otherwise.

AH HA! Now we are getting down to it! MY First Concern would be that the Pix's are that Old? Quite a few guys in this situation would have said "Tks But No Tks"!

Now Patrik says No they are recent? So its a He Said-He Says Deal? Miami Looker makes the Vote 2 -1?

But the Reviewer playing his "Negative Review Card" isn't very classy either!

The Bel Ami pics are definitely old. The last 3 pictures seem more recent, though he still looks pretty good in those as well.

I'm thinking this is a case of neither party being completely right or completely wrong.

I would definitely proceed with caution if I decided to hire Patrik.

I would never hire a man who demands the fee be paid upfront. I am, however, happy to display the money on a dresser in the room so the escort can see it when he arrives. Obviously, Pepperjack did not realize that Patrik would require upfront payment. I really think Patrik should inform potential clients this requirement prior to arriving for the session.

I will never again hire a fee-first escort either, I have a 90%+ disappointment rate with the "money first" guys, so I quit tolerating that option many years ago. I always ask "is pay afterwards OK?" in the opening conversation, and if not, "it's not going to work out between us..."

I won't "leave the money on the dresser" any more either, having been burned multiple times by "snatch the money and run" thieves, I'll flash some bills if I'm doing a first-time incall at the escort's place and I feel trusting.

I stash tip, "early exit fee", standard and (optional) overtime sums in 4 different locations in my clothing (never have a wallet with me on the first session). Paranoid, but safe. Yea, I used to kind of have a fetish for sketchy ex-con hustler types. I still love me some "bad boys", but I more readily know which questions to ask to distinguish the gold-hearted guys with acting ability worth pursuing from the slimy scammers.

If you have paid up front, how is it that the escort has a lot more to lose than you do if they leave early?

I haven't read of a sting or horror story when the escort is paid at the end of a session but sure have when he's paid up front. My biggest concern would be a sting, second that the escort is a thief. I guess if an escort is actually a cop, and is hot (wouldn't go through with session if he wasn't), its less likely a sting if he's going to perform for me awaiting payment :) Any escort, on this site or not, who I've contacted and states emphatically that they want payment up front is a "no go" for me.

It hurts when they laugh real hard?

I was going to guess that the escort loses the extreme pleasure of spending time with the ultra hot client if he leaves early :)

This isn't even an issue of whether to believe the client or the escort, because the escort never denied the client's allegations. In fact, the escort's response was totally non-responsive (in addition to being in horrid English). Yes, escorts who demand payment in advance are usually bad news (nothing wrong with asking to see the money, although most don't--with me at least, perhaps I don't give of a flake-vibe). The client is probably new at this, though. I always ask in advance whether the escort likes to kiss, and won't even set up the appointment if there's hesitation. It's not worth my money. And there's nothing "blackmail-ish" about stating that if the escort doesn't perform, he'll get a bad review. That's really the client's only recourse. Of course, once it's come to that, the escort has already presented himself as a rip-off artist. Anybody who hires this guy after a review like that is thinking with his cock and not his brains.
