i contacted him and wanted to go to NYC to see him but he said he did not have an in-call location. ugh, then he said with some notice he maybe able to get a place. but I did not want to rick taking the train to NYC for an afternoon on the off chance that his "maybe able to get a place" would fall through... then I would be in NYC looking for a cheap hotel (that would not happen) on a moments notice. As has been said before please keep us posted

I had an email exchange with him recently (in the past week, in fact). he did not directly answer some of my concrete fairly basic questions (e.g., do you kiss?). He did mention being primarily a top. He mostly just wanted to "close the deal". One of my criteria for hiring is that questions get answered and that preliminaries go in a businesslike manner. That wasn't happening, so I decided he was a "no".

Good for you, Buckguy. I have a similar policy. I passed on Marc Dylan when, in response to my polite email detailing a longer date, I had the one-line reply of "180 an hour for dinner, 350 an hour for play".

Given all the threads and worry that has been expressed about what to do about lunch or dinner with an escort, a straightforward response like this should be welcomed, reagrdless of whether one wants to pay it.

I agree with you actually. I prefer a guy to be direct. I found it funny tho that in his RB ad then, he said he preferred longer sessions, dinner dates etc. When I wrote to him and suggested we play before and after dinner, I specified that I would be happy to buy him a good dinner with wine but I would not pay for his time over dinner. His one-line reply didn't offend me but I found it amusing that he obviously hadn't read what I wrote.

As often happens, this worked out quite well for me. He didn't get his 'preferred long session' and I saved the $700-1000 I was contemplating...and waiting to have dinner on my own, a cute guy in his 20s spoke to me; he was engaging and so I invited him to have dinner with me; he invited me home afterwards and he turned out to be fit-bodied and compliant.
