I guess it all depends on the type(s) of music you like, but I've definitely enjoyed having Atlantic 60's era music playing in the background during sex. Either one of the volumes from the 8-disc set or one of the discs from the 4-disc Aretha Franklin set would last through an entire hour's appointment. ;-) The only "problem" with this music for sex is that the vocals can definitely get dramatic, which may pose momentary distractions.

For lightweight but pleasant recent pop that's loud enough to block your upstairs neighbor from hearing your moans or the bed creaking, you could put on the Corrs' "In Blue" cd (or dvd-audio). It lasts more than an hour.

If you don't mind hearing something more than once, use your repeat button and put on one of kd lang's more recent albums. "Invincible Summer" and "All You Can Eat" are good sex albums, even though I think some of her other albums are better. (Some of them are just a little too maudlin for sex).

You mention actually wanting porn music playing in the background but you don't know where to find it. Well, here's a link for you:

I haven't heard it so I don't know how it is, but I do have it on order and can report back in about a week.

I was with a hot twink last night. As we were grinding a way Unwritten Law's Red came on and he went wild. He actually said I love to fuck to this song :7 . Not exactly my first choice or even in my Top 50. Apparently for the younger generation this is near the top.

BTW he was another one of those escorts having a sale, normally 200. as reviewed here, 160. last night for me :p

Connie Francis Sings Jewish Favorites (unfortunately, the incredibly explosive "My Yiddishe Momme" is track #2, so if you don't want to climax prematurely, I'd suggest starting at track #3 and try to time it so that you both cum at the same time to track #9, which is, of course, the phenomenal "Hava Nagila"). :p

Following up to my previous note, if the song really was, "Seein Red", I just don't see why that would be such a great fuck song.

Having no experience in the area (yes, fucking) I can only speculate, but I would think you would want something highly rythmic and with a nice even build. Seein Red has neither of those things.

I mean, why not try to fuck to Schoenberg for g*d's sake! :)

Seriously, though, someone help me out here. What is it, other than perhaps familiarity, that makes a song fuck-worthy?

Astrud Gilberto's Verve Jazz Masters #9 - it's a best of compilation by the one singer that gets to me every time. A couple of escorts wanted it so I'm on my third CD - also have the vinyl and tape.

Doesn't hurt that my escort of the moment is Brazilian and he likes it big league. Love cut #9 "Dindi".

If you are looking for something that isn't really about the vocals, and just exudes sexual energy, you can't beat Deep Forest. It is similar to good ole Enigma and it really does set the perfect mood for gettin' naked and sweaty.

I've heard it at bars once or twice and it never fails to give me an erection. In fact, one time it even led me to walk up to this really hot muscle stud and ask him is he would ... but I guess that it is another thread. :9

okay Godiva, we are definately going back quite a few years with this request. This might not be everybody's taste but this is what I consider to be great fuck music

Smokey Robinson - Cruisin (this is not pure fuck music but it is definately foreplay music - a good song to start out with)

Teddy Pendergrass - Turn Out The Lights

anything by Barry White

any duet by Rick James and Tina Marie

Rick James/Smokey Robinson - Ebony Eyes

Earth, Wind and Fire - Living in Our Own Time

Ray, Goodman and Brown - Inside of You

Miki Howard - Come Share My Love

Angela Bofill - Tonight I Give In

Luther Vandross - A House is Not a Home

Jekyll & Hyde? Interesting...

I don't know. There's just something about picturing Linda Eder in that corset while she's singing 'Bring on the Men' that just makes me limp. Although, some of her high notes in 'A New Life' are relatively orgasmic...

I'm simply shocked that no one has mentioned Barry White as a frontrunner for this honor. With that super smooth voice and a penchant for deep bassy vocals, he's a prime choice for sex-music-master of the decade.

Personally, i've had sex with hard house (dance music) in the background & with such somber/mellow tones as Enya... it's really kind of nice to experiment with music that will fit the tone of the sexual encounter.

Now, if someone has Nine Inch Nail's 'Closer' playing when i walk into the room, i may be inclined to turn around and run away ;)

Warmest Regards,

Why is it we agree on so many points??? :) I always thought Barry White was the EPITOME of make out music, vis-a-vis "Can't Get Enough of Your Love Baby", and others all of which are mellow, sensuous and allow you to just trip out on what is happening. Any kind of mellow blues vis-a-vis (my word of the day I guess) Billie Holliday or Dinah Washington is also great. Marvin Gaye as mentioned in an earlier post is good, especially his duets with Tammi Terrell! as well as Smokey Robinson ("Cruisin" is especially good!). LOL, I also like Slye and the Family Stone when you're in a more upbeat, get down and funky, let the good times roll mood. In this same vein, I also like Whitney Houston, especially her songs about "ooh, I wanna dance with somebody who loves me" and the one about "when they ask me what have I done with my life?", but I don't remember the titles of the songs. Needless to say, Aretha Franklin is superb beyond words, especially Dr. Feelgood. As far as the morning after, Joni Mitchell has a special place in my heart and memories.

Wow, I guess my Southern, "white trailer park trash" roots are showing tonight! :7

OK, since no one appreciated my Connie post, I'll go serious with this one. I prefer no music at all. To me, it's like dinner music where you start chewing to the beat; I don't like to start doing whatever it is we're doing in the bedroom (or on the living room floor or wherever...) to someone else's rhythm. I prefer us to make our own music with our moans & groans (and I don't care if my neighbors hear). }(

RE: ...FUCK... Songs

>I love the music they play on QAF..Especially during the

>scenes when there was sex going on or when the went to that

>dance club...Now there is some Fuck music. How can I get a

>hold of that!!!

Agree with you on the Q as F music. Whoever does their music searches has excellent taste. At one point, each episode had a discography on the show's web site. Don't know if they still do that

or not but you should check. Some of the better music from each season was compiled in to a CD. The first season's CD was a tad uneven, I haven't checked out the second season's CD yet. Caveat Emptor!

In a more general response to the thread, I like doing the deed to obscure music. One CD I keep coming back to is by "Talk Talk" from the late 80s. (I think) Works quite nicely on rainy days too.

Unfortunately, as I am in the process of moving within Los Angeles, most of my music is packed. However, a selection of Brazilian Jazz, nearly all the Verve Jazz Masters, the Tony Bennett sings jazz album, Chet Baker's vocal compilation, several Peggy Lee compilations are all good selections depending on my client or guest.

For "porn" type music, I stick to Global Grooves or Circuit Sessions compilations, and for longer intense sessions, I put a collection of ambient and sunset music tracks on the CD changer.

Of course, Barry White is an all time favorite, but he gets old if you listen to him with any frequency.
