Just about to hop in the shower and get ready for my Stage 2 of the DC forum weekend. Hope I live up to the accolades that have been handed my way lately. I really do think Ace and Tristan in the same city, let alone the same room, would be a recipe for a fantastic time for all. See you all in about 3 hours!!

Sorry for not making it today. Some things came up which I needed to take care of otherwise I would've made the drive from Baltimore to DC.

Just got home from the DC luncheon. Thanks, Lee, for putting together such a great meetup. It was nice to see some familiar faces and meet a number of new folks as well. :) :)

Details, Details !!! (who was swinging from the chandeliers ?) (who was giving BJ's under the tables?) (who left with a wet spot on their jeans ?)

who left with a wet spot on their jeans ?

I left with wet spots on my head and t-shirt but not for the reason JJ is suggesting, but rather when my new friend countryboynw was raising a toast in honor of the master of ceremonies LBT ... (I just happened to be under his glass) ... an accident for sure :p

A great time was had by all. Thanks for organizing it, guys and making this happen.

Hats off to Leigh Bess Toad for organizing a phenomenal weekend. He clearly sweated the details and it paid off. A bit of leather, karaoke, jovial lunch, impromptu happy hours at the bar down the street. I believe fun was had by all.

As for swinging off the chandeliers, a number of us went to the strip bar "Secrets" last night and there were lots of hot naked guys swinging from bars from the ceiling. That will do. For $1 slipped into the boot you could get a well-proportioned crotch sailing through the air towards your happy face, but only for a titillating moment. Damn. I was partial to the cowboy.

Great meeting the East Coast forum guys (and a couple of midwesterners and westerners too) and having the chance to get acquainted in a range of venues.

LBT, I can't thank you enough for your efforts in organizing an incredibly fun and entertaining gathering. I'm impressed at your event management skills and tip my hat to you as a conference management professional.

It was a pleasure to see old friends and new both client and escorts. Thanks to each of you for participating and I hope to see you again next year. :):):):)

... also must give thanks to Rockin' Dave for inviting us into his Fuck House studio and showing us the ropes... and belts... and toys... and.... well, I think everybody who was there saw some new and exciting things. Dave was excellent at explaining and demonstrating the fun kinky toys for the uninitiated.

Had Mr. Buffett been there I think even he would have to admit to being impressed!

As usual lbt planned the perfect weekend. An amazing event from start to finish

Lee you went to far as usual and we were all the beneficiaries.

Like most of these weekend events ... our guys helped make the event

Dave. Thanks to our escort host. You made us all at home

Nate as usual you are sexy and fun. But after Chicago. I will always feel safe and cared for with you around. I love you

Raul. As always you push my limits and make me question if I have any. I'm so glad you were there this time

Dane.. I swear you would drive a room to distraction. Miss u Patsy

Steven. Ok always knew you were sexy but shit that ass in those jeans and that accent. Ok I had wet spots

Beau. We didn't get enough time. Woof

But if there was any doubt... this was ace's show. Karaoke ended that. Ace you are the master at making who you are with feel alive. There's good reason you are eoy. You grab life and live like a rockstar. That's not a fantasy that's you. Don't ever change. My God you just take over a room. You write the songs that make the young boys cry!!!!

I love you boys. To all us clients. You guys are the best. You know who you are. Thank you for making this trip amazing for me and mine

Lee... I have to give it to you... You throw one HELLUVA party!!!!!!!!

I'm sitting here naked in bed (opposite Chris Neal, so NOT a BAD THING!!!) & replaying all of the events of the past few days.

As I told Beau.. If you had told me a few years ago when I first became a "working boy" that there was a community of like minded guys I would have laughed it off.

Having experienced it for the second time I can say that I TRULY feel like I have made some lifelong friends & have an extended family.

I was fortunate to spend time with most of "the client side" of the group & thoroughly enjoyed our conversations & making future plans with some of you.

NYTOMCAT: some of the best sightseeing I never did was with you!!!!! Love you more than I can say...see you & the lesbians SOON Nfor karaoke!!!!

Bosguy: glad we actually got to spend some time together & just hang...(and I was DRESSED this time!!!). Also glad I was able to get you checked in...(Odd that I could read my phone for YOU, but not for ME!)..lol

See you in Palm Springs!!!

Countryboy: WOOF!!! DADDY!!!! What a PLEASURE to meet you & I look forward to being the best man at your wedding!!!

(and NO.....my future ex husband didn't call!!!! I thought I was special!!!!).

I hope to see you soon....let's make it happen!

Poolboy: I KNEW I was in trouble when we were chatting on Grinder!! (Now... About my intermittent hard on....lol).

Thanks for being a willing participant at Dave's place!!!! Let's do it again on the high seas....

ArVaGuy: it was YOU that FINALLY showed me some of what DC has to offer...thanks for the private tour! Enjoyed sharing Starbucks & Vegas stories with you!

Chaz ....GREAT to meet you! I hope our paths cross again!

Anybody I left out FORGIVE ME...my eyes are slits right now & I want to move on to my brothers in escorting:

Dave: I was a guest in YOUR town, but didn't feel that way....I felt RIGHT AT HOME! ( there's a reason you were the forum favorite & I'm glad to call you my friend! NOW..... Will we EVER finish what we've started a YEAR ago?!?!).

Beau: Did I mention you were HOT enough times?! I look forward to keeping in touch about our outside interests & will be in touch about Nashville.. (HELL! if they're all like YOU I'm staying more than 3 days!!!). Thanks for not noticing the pimple.... Lol

Raul: I wish we could've spent more time together!!! My time in Chicago was only improved by meeting you... I'll be back!! Thanks for the tops on the Houston/Louisiana tour... I'll tell our friend in Lafayette you said hi & look HOT as ever!

Nate: NATE!NATE!NATE!!!! I'm a HUGE fan .....anytime I can play with you is a gift! You're the only guy I know who DOESN'T like Magnums & I love you for it!!! (Hey! Can you get me that robe from The Palomar?!).

See you in Vegas soon....

Dane Michaels: An unexpected but WELCOME surprise!!! You've really let yourself go....lol

NOT!!!!!!! I love you bro....

Chris Neal: Ah....why type it... I'll tell you tomorrow!

Let's hit Atlanta & Chicago next my tattooed friend.

Steven Draker: We only shared a few words & I watched you "get wet" with Countryboy ..... GREAT to meet you & I hope to see you in Las Vegas....

By the way.. Jeans & a T shirt NEVER looked so good!!!!

An experience/weekend I won't forget soon!

Thank you ALL for reinforcing that I know who I am & know where I fit in & LOVE what I do!

Goodnight guys....

I really don't know what more I can add to the wonderful reports on the weekend activities. LBT did his amazing self proud with the planning and execution of the days' and weekend's events. And the spirit of fun and conviviality demonstrated by all participants was a wonderful sight to see and experience. Nary a bitch in the group despite what the straight community may say.

Off now hopefully to Palm Springs and maybe we can even work to take over Key West, Fire Island, Provincetown and Ogunquit (That's on the southern Maine coast if you don't know and was gay long before P-Town) for a long weekend or week in the coming year.

Hat's off to you all for making it such an enjoyable couple of days...and my special wishes to you know who!! ;-))

Bravo, leigh.bess.toad!

Lee,

Congratultions on organizing such a successful 2nd Annual Forum DC Luncheon! Absolutely rave reviews, can't wait to hear all of the juicy details.

I'm totally bummed and green with jealousy that I couldn't join you guys for all the fun and festivities, but please know that I was there with you in thought and spirit. What an outstanding group of some really exceptional escorts and clients, all of whom I hope to meet in the future.

Lee, although I wasn't a participant in the weekend, I'd like to thank you for your unselfish efforts to plan and coordinate a truly fun event for a group of very happy and appreciative guys. I know that it is a weekend that all of the guys who attended will always cherish and have many found memories that will bring smiles to their faces for years to come.

All the best,

:)

How can I begin to summarize what happened this weekend? In some ways, there was so much it was almost a blur. So many things, so many friends, so much comraderie and sharing. It was really remarkable. As one of only two people (the incredible Ace was the other), who made every single event, let me try to walk you through it.

For me, it actually started the day before, when I got a text from Poolboy. "You'll never believe who I'm chatting with on Grindr". It was Ace. I quickly shot a text off to Ace telling him to stop hitting on the lunch attendees until later. Of course I think it blew Ace's mind that I knew about it within a minute of the conversation starting. See? Madam knows everything.

Saturday night -- DC Eagle. Somehow we managed to find each other in that massive throng of people. We had 13 guys there, all in leather. Just a fun, very casual chance to reconnect with friends and catch up with each other. We seemed to have a couple of wardrobe malfunctions that continuously appeared: we seemed to have problem keeping Dave and Ace in their pants. I did find out the secret to deflate Ace's problem: any mention of Wayne Newton and Danke Scheon. But it was a great way to start the weekend.

Sunday Brunch -- only 5 of us made it for the brunch (we are vampires and 1030 is too early for most). But it was great to catch up with JJ and his gorgeous bf/partner Jim. After brunch we strolled down to the Leather Exhibit. By this point a few others joined us. As you took the escalator down to the exhibit area, you could smell the leather and men. It was fun going through it with guys experienced in the leather world, and watching them go "got that, and that, and that". The puppy play masks were a bit unique, especially the one that so closely resembled Scooby Doo. But JJ and Jim steered Nate Bruno and I to a great shop where we got matching harnesses. All set for Barracks in Palm Springs.

Sunday night -- we started with dinner and karaoke at Black Fox Lounge. And I don't think Black Fox will ever be the same again. We had 12 for dinner and this was truly amazing. We made the KJ (karaoke jockey) Ralph's job so easy. We got the place really jumping. Ralph looked like it was Christmas. They had never had a karaoke night quite like that one. I kicked it off with an okay version of My Way. NYTomcat and I had fun doing "Class" from Chicago. But it was clear who the star of the show was -- Ace. From "I Write the Songs" through a truly mind blowing performance of Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive". He had the place in the palm of his hand. How much did we bring to the night at Black Fox? Put it this way. The owner knocked over 40% off of our bill. If you are ever in Vegas, you would be an idiot if you don't go out of your way to see Ace's show. And we simply must add a karaoke night to Palm Springs.

After blowing the roof off of Black Fox, most of us headed over to Secrets, a gay club with go-go boys. Where two of our members met their future "husbands". Unfortunately, it seems that in the end love was unrequited. It's good because I was worried about having to call the partner of one of them telling him he'd been dumped. Finally about 2 am we headed back to the hotels. The luncheon was only 9 hours away.

Monday brunch -- in the end, we had 21 attendees. It really was such a great sense of community, of friendship, of sharing. As always, the staff at Annie's took great care of us. It was a great gathering of truly amazing men. The interaction between the escorts and clients was great for both I think. I'm sure a few hires will come out of it. As it should because the escorts there were world class. But seeing them outside of the usual "hiring scenario" really let the clients see who these men really are. Fortunately, I've been privileged to see it with most of them before. I'm glad others got to see it as well.

After brunch, it was a fun time at Dave's Fuck House. Dave taught Poolboy (and the rest of us) how to gracefully and properly enter a sling. We got to see a lot of Dave's toys. And some fool even volunteered to serve as the demo dummy for Dave's ball crusher. And lived to tell about it. All in all, a great final act to a truly remarkable weekend.

To my best friends at the events: NYTomcat (and his incredible partner), Bosguy, Countryboywny, and Poolboy it was, as always, so great to see you. I look forward to the years ahead we have together.

To my escorts for the weekend: Nate Bruno, Ace, and Raul Manzo. Truly amazing, amazing men, each and every one of you. I'm sure I wasn't on my "A" game with so much planning and thoughts throughout the weekend. But you never let it show. The fact that each of you is as sexy as hell needs not be said. The fact that each of you is an even more remarkable man probably should be. I love each of you.

To the other escorts who were present at various events: Dane Michaels -- it was so great to see you and see you so happy. We both know why. Our future as friends will be a long one, for sure. I am so incredibly proud of you and lucky to count you as a friend. Rockin Dave -- everyone here no doubt knows what I think of you, how important you are to me. Your generous offer of the tour of the Fuck House was but a small part of your giving. Steven Draker and Beau Chambliss -- thank you so much for joining our merry little group. It was great to meet you and to see what so many other clients see -- you are wonderful men as well as remarkable escorts as well.

To all of the other attendees: thank you so much for joining in. Hopefully you all had a great time and will join in next year.

As I announced at the luncheon, next year, I will not be hosting the luncheon by myself. Next year, it will be with my partner. I can't wait for you to meet him. I can't wait til we meet again. I will no doubt see many of you before then. And I look forward to each meeting that will occur.

This really was a labor of love. This can be a truly remarkable place for meeting some amazing people. If you have any chance to join in, either here or in Palm Springs, I would strongly encourage you to do so. The memories from events such as this will be with me for the rest of my life. Because of the men who were there.

Thank you to each and every one of you who helped make the weekend what it was. You have no idea what it means to me.

Well the details have mostly been covered, so let me just add my praise to Lee for his organization and orchestration of this gathering. His generosity was also way beyond any expectations. As a first time participant, there for Sunday evening and Monday's activities, I felt welcomed and included by everyone. Karaoke, even for those of us who didn't sing and can't carry a tune was great fun and Secrets - well, Nate explained it well - he and I became enamored of the same "cowboy". Clearly a great time was had by all.
