Oh geez, JJ, the same damn thing happened to me too. I've even had a condom swiped off me while in use. Now that's chutzpah. I guess nothing is sacred anymore.

 

Damn those shelters Phil.... Its dog eat Dog. but they do have great grilled cheese sandwiches.....

I try whenever I use my ATM card to do it in a bank lobby or other building area (not on street) during mid-day and being aware at all times the amount of people close by.

 

One other piece of advice a friend recently told me was to be careful of making sizeable purchases with cash. To the element we are trying to protect ourselves from, that is a sign that you carry large amounts of cash and you are immediately targeted.

 

This crazy holiday season, hope none of this financial and personal violation happens to any of us.
