I was looking up Rick Schroder on Wikipedia and was shocked to see the wrinkled prune face he now has! Ack! I can't believe I now look better than he does, and I'm several years older. How time flies!

He owns a large ranch and spends his leisure time working horses and the land. He has certainly aged and looks mature, which I find incredibly sexy. I would happily let him use my silver spoon!

I don't necessarily know those celebs that are out so forgive my ignorance but is he gay?

Not that I have ever heard--but you know us. If someone hasn't said they are, we just figure it's only a matter of time until they do--because aren't all men really gay inside ?

Yeah, it works for me too. He's matured into an appealing older guy with a back story. He was a cute kid, but now he's a mature man - absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Like Father Like Son

Rick Schroder's 18yo son Luke is following in his father's footsteps. He made his acting debut in the TV film "A Mile In His Shoes".

I'd do a mile in his pants!

According to Wikipedia, he doesn't exactly sound like a friend of Dorothy's...

Politically, Schroder is a Life Member of the National Rifle Association and a Republican who supported George W. Bush in 2000 and 2004, and John McCain in 2008. He also spoke at the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia.

He is a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.[7] In April 2000, he was baptized into the Church by his father-in-law.

Actually, looking back at that wikipedia article, that picture is actually 3 years old! So he was 38 when it was taken. Too much time in the sun without sunblock, guy! I'm not sure I would be gloating so much if he weren't a Mormon Republican...

Amazing how we have been conditioned by the media that aging and adding few wrinkles to our face means becoming a wreck and an old bag...Sad.

Sun could have nothing to do with that, some skin types age differently from others.

Ricky Schroder is definitely not my ideal type of man, but he still looks to me a handsome lad in his 40s, something wrong with that? And if I was alone in a desert island with him and his son, I would not have any doubt in choosing him! :)

This thread got me thinking about some of the teen heart throbs from years ago and which ones have grown into very attractive gentlemen. Top of my list is Joey Lawrence (35) and Mark-Paul Gosselaar (36). If I knew how to post pics of them as they are today I would.

Ask, and ye shall receive (if a bit late):

Joey Lawrence (October 2011)

Thanks Lee for posting the pics of these two hot studs :) You should give a tutorial on how to post pics as that would be very useful to those of us who just can't seem to figure it out.

It really is very easy Wayout, at least it is with Firefox. Haven't figured it out for Internet Explorer. Using firefox, simply use your mouse to right click on any picture. One of the options should be "Copy image location". Chose that option. Then simply paste that where you want to put it. I simply use CTRL-V to paste it. That will give you the link to the picture, like this:

http://www3.pictures.zimbio.com/gi/Mark+Paul+Gosselaar+Oceana+Benefit+Esquire+bizDb69_LBtl.jpg

To change it from a link to the actual picture, edit the link. Before the "http:" at the beginning enter .%20%20And%20at%20the%20end%20after%20the%20.jpg%20(or%20.png%20or%20.gif%20or%20whatever%20format%20it%20is)%20enter. Then when you post the picture will magically appear.

To see how it looks, play with any post that has a picture and hit the "Reply With Quote" button. You will see the text of the link with the and in their place.

This also works for videos as well. Instead of using img, simply use the word video in the same place and it'll appear.

The [/img] serves as the demarcation of the image address.

Class dismissed.

Lee,

I am not trying to step on your toes here, but you realize when you are posting a new thread on Daddy's, there is a picture icon at the top of the page. Click on that at the point in your posting that you want the picture to appear. A box opens up, and you can paste the URL of the picture in that. The box supplies the '' format without you having to type it in. And if you want to add a picture in a reply to a previous post, choose the 'Advanced Reply' option as opposed to the 'Quick Reply' option otherwise I don't think the picture icon shows up.
