Bound In Public Friday August 5th at The Armory in SF

Hey Guys,

 

If any of you are in or near San Francisco this Friday, I encourage you to come watch a live Bound In Public video shoot this Friday. It's being held at The Armory, which is worth a visit in itself.

 

As a guest, you will be part of the "public." You can come just to watch, but are also welcome to join in on any of the activities if you're so inspired. They also have masks if you prefer to be incognito. There will be an open bar with beer, cocktails and other non-alcoholic refreshments available. Since this is a Friday evening shoot it should be lots of fun, since in my experience these have been the best. No admission fee - it's free.

 

Cast for this one is Eric Wild as the sub, and Josh West, Cole Streets, and Van Darkholme as the doms. Then there will be a handful of guys like myself on the side who are there to help "facilitate."

Sorry for not providing an update sooner. I was going to wait until they have it up on the website, but here's some initial stuff.

 

The shoot ended up being in the Upper Floor, which was a lot of fun especially since it was a Friday night. It had a definite party feel, and a really good crowd.

 

The sub was a guy who I think is relatively new named Eric Wild. Totally adorable, very handsome and a giant dick. He has a kidnapping fantasy so they put him in a latex body suit and brought him in, and did not let him out of the suit for awhile. The only thing exposed was his dick and mouth, so you can imagine what we all did with that! Nate… I thank you for your posting as it embodies what is necessary for a winning and successful BDSM scenario. In any event, in the ideal S&M encounter both the dom and sub are exactly on the same wavelength… or exhibit the perfect “exchange of energy” as you so excellently express it. For example, during a flogging scene the flogging should be at the exact intensity that gives the sub the maximum amount of satisfaction… and the dom should not only respect that level, but should take pleasure in the fact that he is inducing the perfect amount of gratification for his boy. Too often doms want to take things to a higher level because that theoretically gives them the greatest amount of pleasure. In reality they should get the greatest amount of pleasure from realizing that they are totally and thoroughly satisfying their partner. The last thing a sub needs is to be “freaked out” as the sub implicitly needs to have trust and confidence in the dom. Only then can he relax and enjoy the ride and total satisfaction that a truly successful BDSM encounter can provide. Like any sexual act, the partners must be in totally in synch in order to generate the maximum amount of fulfillment … the difference is that with BDSM the stakes are a quite bit higher so extra thought and attention to detail must be observed.

I viewed the trailer the other day and was pretty sure that this was the shoot in question. In any event, even based on those snippets, it truly seemed as though everyone in the room was really “into” the scene as there was an electricity and a palpable oomph (for lack of a better word) as the guys were encouraging, egging on, and even cheering for the “victim”. It must have been fun to be part of what seemed like a very dynamic and energetic group of guys that somehow seemed to connect and hit it off.

 

Accordingly, based on what I saw, I can understand how the action might have gotten a bit out of hand as was mentioned above as there indeed was an “over the top” atmosphere to the proceedings that might have precipitated such an occurrence.

 

At any rate, the sub survived and even had a smile on his face at the conclusion...
