Hi Guys, I am posting this in the Escorts forum since I would think the escorts would have a better knowledge of OTHER guys in their profession.

Was wondering if you know of any escorts (other than one named EDDIE in NYC) that have their genitals "enhanced" by either vac-pumping, silicone or saline ?

Diver, I wrote a reply to the pic after it was posted, but apparently it either got deleted or never appeared. There are indeed injections which are used to help with erectile dysfunction and which are injected right into the penis. Thats an important distinction PK. Erection does not increase proportion to the degree "unnatural" enhancements do, and often there is no permanant gain as with silicone. Saline will absorb after many hours and youll be back to your normal size, and I still really cant believe that pumping alone will create "extreme size" permanantly.
