This isn't what you're looking for, but I'll contribute that I met him once, briefly, years ago and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. A client took me to some event Michael was hosting at the Nob Hill Theater in SF. I get to his place, send him a text to tell him I'm there, and he texts me "special delivery boy on his way." The door opens and he comes out completely naked and hands me the ticket. Holy shit!
