Hey Guys.

OK, I just have a question for you guys.

 

At what age do you think one should stop escorting???

 

 

I know there is no magical number, but I just was wondering if there was a general opinion. I know guys that are in there 40's that I would pay money to get with. I guess im just getting older and wonder how long this will go on for. Obviously I have other things I want to do in life, but im just curious. Im 22 now and I think I look and feel better than ever. Clients seem to enjoy it more now, but I was under the impression that it would be the opposite.

I am not an escort, nor do I play one on TV. From what I've heard and observed, I suspect you'll get tired of escorting and be ready to stop long before all of your customers want you to stop. I regularly go to lunch with someone I met via an escort ad. He takes a few calls from long term clients, but quit advertising a year or 18 months ago. My friend quit because he just got fed up with the hassles, some of his clients and prank calls/e-mails. Calls at all hours of the night in particularly seemed to take a toll.

Some of my best escort experiences have been with guys over 30 :9 , so at 22 I hardly think you need to worry about being over the hill yet!;-)

 

Seriously though, if I was an escort, I think age would be a minor consideration, especially if you and your clients are having a good time! And while you say you have other goals in life, I hardly think that you're ruling them out by being an escort at 22 (or 25 or 28 for that matter).

 

Matt_Vancouver made an interesting observation a few weeks ago about how it can be very hard for an escort to leave the life, which was a point-of-view I hadn't really considered before... (hopefully this link works:

But what I'm trying to say in a long-winded fashion is that ultimately the decision to retire will be yours and you should base it on your comfort level and success and not on your birthdate! :-)

Age has very little to do with it, really. At 22, you have just begun life! Live it fully. An escort should retire when it is not enjoyable for him anymore. The more mature escorts have so much life experience to draw upon, they can take a client to new heights if they remain interested in the trade.

With no good answer. I became an escort for the first time when I was older than you but still in my twenties, stopped for five years and started up again at age 35.

 

The people who come to me tend to like guys in my age range. For the clients who come to escorts your age or younger, men like me (even though I am younger than these clients) take it upon themselves to call me tired and well worn.

 

The answer lies in why you (or anyone else) became an escort in the first place. And as others here have said, the answer to that and the question of when you should stop is best answered by you.

I was with a couple of young guys recently, late 20's perhaps, with amazing flawless bodies. As close to 0% body fat as you can get and still be alive. Still, I found something lacking; I've found myself a bit more interested in more mature men; even if that means a bit of softness around the middle and/ or a bit of thinning hair.

 

While some men I know were interested in 16 year olds when they were 20 and continue to maintain that interest forever, I find that I'm interested in men who are a BIT younger, but still hunky. So, at age 55, a BIT younger could be 40. I know of a few "kept boys" who are in their 50's; but pretty amazing 50 year old bodies those are.

 

So, you could have another 20-30 years in this profession, should you so choose. (Though the odds of that happening are incredibly remote.)

As long as you keep yourself in shape, there will be an audience for you. It will change over the years. Im 55 years old, and just quit escorting about 5 years ago. I could have kept going, but decided that the amount of energy that it took to keep up appearances was not worth it. If you do stay in for the long haul, make sure that you get some kind of eduacation so youll be able to move on easily. Also, as you get older, people that will hire you will expect different things. You wont be able to just show up and be young and cute. Youll be expected to be smart and together. As far as the "twink" chasers that you are most likely starting to lose at the ripe age of 22, dont worry about it. One really funny thing that started happening when I hit 30 is that I started getting the twinks themselves as clients. It seems they like them a little older (go figure).

I just turned 40 for the record. I don't want clients that expect a twink (as much as clients who want twinks don't want an old hairy guy)...I have a look that attracts guys I USUALLY GO AFTER. There is no mandatory retirement age for escorts in the business, that I know of. Though, I can tell you that just showing up and looking cute doesnt work when you get past 35. Your clients change, and begin to expect more from you as an escort. When you are young and cute, clients tend to overlook a lot of things. When you are older, you cant get away with as much.

 

I find that an inshape, good looking older man is a rarity in today's world, and there is quite a demand in the escort (and modeling) business for them. Sure, it takes a bit more work. (You cant stay up all night and party, and expect to look great the next day.)

 

I see escorts come in all ages, shapes and sizes. I hear of one escort on the east coast that is very fat, and is in quite a demand there. There is another escort I know of that is about 57 (looks awesome). There is always a niche for everyone in this business.

 

So the answer is probably that you can work till you drop.
