It's just a fat, foul-mouthed vegan going off on omnivores. It always amazes me how vegans are often so fat. All those carbs seem to make them prone to diabetes, too. One of my colleagues used to be vegetarian until he developed diabetes. He went back to an omnivorous diet and his sugars came back down to normal without needing medication. And dead-on accurate and Swiftianly serious in deploying appropriately and commensurately offensive social satire against how the poultry industry's routine practices torture its living products throughout their sad lives. Part of the multifaceted joke was to say: "Look, can you believe? The poultry industry's depraved practices even give vegans a legitimate moral high ground. Could there be any more definitive proof?"
