Where is Zipperzone?

It has been over two months since we have heard from our friend in Vancouver, Zipperzone. He is no ordinary Hoovillian, as he is a Duke with well over 5000 posts to his credit. I know from his posts that he has had health issues in the last few years. I hope these have not been the reason he has been silent on this board for the better part of 2010. Anyone have any info?

I just checked his site statistics and it shows he "last activity" was several weeks ago. I think that means he hasn't logged on recently.

I started to think about Zipperzone a few days ago since he was such a constant presence on this site. However, I have been so busy with moving into a new house and getting it fixed up that I have been somewhat distracted. But today I checked the member's list and his last activity was January 19, 2010. I don't know what info you are referring to. Care to explain?

L2P, I also noticed that zipperzone hasn't been around. Recently, I sent him a private message letting him know he was missed and asking if everything was okay. I got no reply. Since he's been posting here regularly for several years, I hope someone has heard from him.

Yeah, I thought for sure he would have posted a few updates or comments during the 2-week Winter Olympics in Vancouver, but there was not a peep from him. I recall that he was opposed to the Vancouver Olympics because of traffic constraints, budget shortfalls, etc. I miss his insightful postings, too.
