I guess having money in sports does not equal brains. First off who takes pics with their cell phones when they have something to loose? Second, when you are "famous" why do pics like this any ways? {Disclosure; Met a "famous" (well almost famous guy) in P-Town back in the 80's - he had one rule about pics since I am a bit of photographer. No nudes, or near nudes. Any pics of us together had to have "decorum" - meaning that it would pass the test of two buddies just hanging out.}

 

Keep in mind this was really before the internet took off; but in this digital age - if one is worried about "stolen" images - or any images that might be embarrassing - then if you take them - keep them off a computer connected to the Net! Know of a "high-profile" guy here in the DC area that loves pics being done - but they are on a computer that is stand alone. So the only issue would be maybe after his passing...

 

Whether the pics are PG or not... it leads the public to wonder what other pics are missing - and them passing judgment in the end... Right or wrong....
