This has been in the back of my mind for a while but does anyone know what the average dick size is ?

I'm sure somebody somewhere has studied this at some time maybe its even popped up here before ,anybody any information i'm not talking about the patented size plus x inches equation that seems to happen.

Six inches is often the quoted "average size," but I actually recall reading somewhere that the real average was five and three-quarters inches.

 

Maybe the "average" has gotten bigger over the years. I cannot recall the last time I read anyone's profile or chatted with anyone who claimed to have less than six inches. Have smaller dicks been selectively bred out of the population?

I recall the same article and believe this standard is still true.

 

I remember that I used to be able to estimate a guys cock size based on the size of his hand. (From the tip of his "bird" finger to the bottom of the heel on the palm was close to the size of his erection.)

 

Now, on young guys I've been with lately, they have huge hands and feet. But, their cock size is no where equal to the size of their hands. Lots of big-handed guys barely have 6 inches when it's totally hard. (Which is fine with me because I usually choke on 7+ inches.)

Earlier this year, I was a bit surprised when an internet purveyor of ways to increase your length published a chart which said that "endowed" begins at seven and a quarter. It surprised me that someone whose business depends on making guys want to become endowed would start that label at such a small number. Interestingly, the issue of race and penis size has actually been studied scientifically. I seem to recall that men of Far Eastern heritage have an average size of about 5", whereas those of European or Near Eastern heritage have almost 6", and those of African heritage have average sizes of a little over 6 1/2". I don't think Native Americans were studied. I'm not sure from where the grant money came. I would have enjoyed being the principal investigator in this study.;-) Maybe they picked some really hot chick to do the measurements, though? I was surprised that the racial differences were a little less than an inch. In my recollection, most Black guys whose erect penises I've seen have shlongs over 7", whereas most Asian guys' seem to be rather "bite-sized," or should I see easier on those with pronounced gag reflexes.
