Andrew while this is off topic I want to give you a suggestion. When you have pictures taken of you flexing your arm, make sure your forearm is at 90 degrees to you bicept. If you do that your bicept will have more flex. So keep the forearm at 90 degrees and then flex your bicept and tricept at the same time.
