Fluffing method at the Gaiety

I was at the Gaiety a month ago, and was surprised at the consistancy of hardness guys have for the second part of each show. While some guys lost some wood after a while, they all come out hard as a rock. Does anyone know what "tools" they have back there?

Unfortunately, most of the guys either used a cock ring or rubber band when I was there last weekend.

 

I think only three guys came out with an "unassisted" woodie that did go back to its natural state rather quickly.

 

I spent some quality time with on Saturday and Sunday with one of the dancers. He told me that there is a very adequate supply of magazines and DVDs backstage to assist in getting the flag pole to stand up and salute. He assured me that the Gaiety does NOT hire a fluffer to assist the dancers.

 

(I volunteered to do it for free but haven't heard back from them yet. :+ )

Most of the dancers use straight porn -- magazines or DVDs -- to help inspire their erections. Especially for the finale.

The Gaiety is not unlike the Campus in Montreal in terms of dancers format, first dance semi-clothed and no erection and second, the "full monte". Between the two dances, the dancer has to get hard and for gay men, the fluffer fantasy is compelling, to say the least. Unfortunately, in reality, it just doesn't happen.:-( I have joked with a few dancers that I was available for the job but, of course, nothing materialized.

 

Several times at Campus, I have had a dancer in the backroom just prior to his turn for the stage. In these cases I was in the midst of what you would call "major fluffing"}( Since the boys had to get to the stage pronto, this would invariably interrupt my session and the boys would make strenuous efforts to get their raging hardons to subside before making their way to the stage. For some reason, they wanted to conform to the usual routine "no erection for the first dance". From my perspective, as a gay man, if the dancers had hardons for both dances that would just be fine with me. :+

Years ago you could go backstage for a private show. One night, having just finished with one of the dancers I walked through the locker room as a dozen or so dancers were getting ready for the grand finale. All those naked guys jacking off to porn magazines, showing each other pictures, joking and goofing around and checking out each others hard-ons. It's one of my favorite Gaiety memories forever burned into my brain.

Foxy, we share similar memories. I loved the old days when you could grab a "quickie" behind the screen. For me, there was something exciting about being backstage with the boys.
