OK, first the bad news...new admission prices...

$17.00 for the weekeday shows and $20.00 for the weekend shows. Well, nothing ever gets cheaper, does it? The good news is that the show is still a bargain as far as Broadway theater ticket prices go. Unfortunately dancer prices seem to be going up also so be prepared to negotiate.

GABRIEL. He has the handsome good looks of a fashion model only on this runway he doesn't just model clothes, he takes them off, which is much more fun. Beautuful face with a lean, muscular, smooth, tan body that he moves very seductively around the stage. Good spead butt shots for the audience and a nice hard dick he couldn't keep his hands off of. Hope he doesn't wear it out! Looked like a good 7 inches, maybe more but hard to tell, he was working it so much. He gave nice smiles to the tippers. This guy is pretty stunning, I thought.

 

JEAN PAUL MIRO. The featured dancer and he deserves to be. A very handsome Brazilian from Bahia, now residing in Miami. He's been dancing for 5 years at Cupids so maybe some folks down south know him. He is extremly nice to talk to in the lounge. Great smile and some people (me) got a kiss. Beautful muscular body and a nice looking dick that looked good even though it had some stage fright. I'm sure it will perk up as the week goes by. Check out his pictures. He just did a video for Muscle Hunks and does his first jo scene. That might be fun to see. Seeing it in person would be much more fun. Let's show him a good time so he'll keep coming back.

 

RICARDO. With the handsome dark good looks of a Latin movie star, Ricardo always puts on a nice, if somewhat predictable show. A very lean body and a great face. Too bad he keeps those sunglasses on hiding his eyes. He's got a nice big dick and unfortunately a sort of flat butt that's a little too hairy. I'm sure he turns heads on the street.

 

JESSE. Big, blond, muscular, handsome, hung, and a great bubble butt. I wish he's smile a little more on stage but...other than that, he's kind of perfect. Very nice to talk to in the Lounge. He's what every Gaiety boy hopes to be when he grows up.

 

FRANCOIS. The body of a greyhound. This lean and defined boy with the "family crest" just above his ass seemed a little spacey today. Kind of looked a little lost in his second act. He's pretty to look at and has a lot of foreskin on a dick that never quite rose to the occassion. He might be sharing a room with his buddy Calvin so bear that in mind.

 

CALVIN. Also quite lean like Francios and equally attractive. Has a pierced nipple and a few tattos. The one above his butt crack looked like it spelled "sex" to me but turned out to be his daughter's initials. He sure doesn't look like any daddy I know.

 

LUCAS. New to the Gaiety stage and will be heading back to school up north. Gotta pay that tuition somehow. Help him out! He's a cute, compact (5"5") with reddish blond hair that he hid under his baseball cap, which was a shame. Nice looking nipples (one pierced) that looked like they'd be fun to nibble on. Another dick with stage fright but he said it was 7'1/2" when it's happy. He was pleasant to talk to in the Lounge so give him a warm welcome.

 

It was a fun show even at the higher prices. There were some heavy tippers in the audence and that's always good for our dancing boys. Shows how much we love 'em.

 

Rumor has it that Jake the Snake will be appearing next week which should make his numerous fans happy.

I do not want to sound like a complainer. However, $20!? And what will be added or done differently for the increase? The G clientèle, from what I have observed, is a faithful group that have kept the G open over the years, especially when there was the possibility it was going to be closed when Rudi made Times Square more family friendly.

 

The G is a great money maker. I am sure the dancers won't make more money because of this raise in admission price. I am also sure we won't see brand-name chips on the starch and citrus buffet. I have only been attending for 2 years + and I have seen some new carpeting, some new seats and new piece of equipment for the DJ booth. Can this increase be due to the Ho Jo switching hands?

 

Now, as far as comparing it to a Broadway show ...... Hmmmmmm. Keeping one's body beyond fit and adonis-like is more of a discipline and not a talent. Paying more money for talented actors and musicians is something expected. To be entertained by fine actors and singers in a Broadway musical is a bit different from a G show. I think being in shape is not talent ... just discipline. Performers like Giovanni would be deserving of a G pay raise because he has talent. However, most of the G performers are steroid zombies.

 

Lastly, while I am on this unexpected rant, why OH why would anyone pay more than $200 for private time just because the workers have banded together and decided to raise the rate? NORMA RAE! You all have some power in this. Just don't go with someone charging more than $200. By going with someone who charges more than $200 is telling them it is ok and then that spreads to all the other performers.

 

It is amazing how much has changed in just a couple of years.

 

With that said - NYC here I come!

VDN, as for the rate increase. Chalk it up to the tax/rent increases that the G just received. Denise said that in order to survive she had to increase the cost of admission. It was obvious, when talking with her, that this rent hike came as a complete surprise... A suggestion might be to add an additional dancer to the 7 man lineup, or more to the weekend...

As for this week's G-lineup. Lucas, (fine blond hair under cap and blue eyes) making his G-debut, told me he's a Stock dancer. Perhaps some of you know him, unfortunately, no pictures are available... Following the 1:30p show, I was surprised to see that featured dancer Jean Paul Miro was the only one left in the lounge. IMO, he's the hottest looking "dancer" with the best build in this week's lineup. He's also a very friendly and easy guy to talk with... Btw, don't be looking for any great stage shows this week, Jesse is about as good as it gets! Finally, Francois, a good looking Canadian, has been spending a lot of time at the tattoo parlor, while Calvin, a very flexible guy, has been getting pierced.

Guido was nothing special, good looking guy but just my type. My impression of Josh was that he is str8 and probably wouldn't do privates but he is friendly in the club when you show him the money }( Now I could be wrong because i didn't ask him the pertinent questions it just that my gaydar didn't go off when I talked to him. First Happy Birthday to Lucky. I had a great time meeting you, Lucky and his Partner. The running commentary between dancers and comparing thoughts on the guys really added to my experience with the Show. I thought it was a great show. Even though my bite of the Big Apple was thrown a curve ball, I was always good at Improv. Definitely turned this apple that tried to go bad into Apple Sauce.

 

I'll give a day by day report in a thread when I return home for anyone that is interested. I also found out it is one thing to see a "G" guy on stage and another thing to have a "G" dancer straddling your chest and seeing every muscle tighten as he blows cum all over your chest from his big veiny cock. :+
