I like the Felipe/Albert idea! The families would be so happy, too, don't you think? Two nice Catholic boys? ;) Felipe had been seeing a Norwegian model for the past couple of years, and everyone thought she was going to be the one, as she had stopped modelling and was in Spain learning Spanish and studying Catholicism. Just a few weeks ago, though, Felipe announced that it was off, so there's still hope, girls!!!

There really aren't that many hot young royals at the moment, but there are certainly plenty of gay ones in the royal closets. It's not actually a situation I envy; it's got to be hard enough being in a life-long fishbowl even when you're straight. Imagine having to deal with being gay and in the closet, too! I suppose some of those royals have patronized some of the escorts reviewed on this site. . .

I have it on good authority that you are right about that. Naturally, I'm not at liberty to tell you my source for this bit of trivia.

Many, maybe even most, of the Royal X-Chromosome Bearers are indeed too ugly to date men. But it's not their fault: they seem to have been born that way.

My suggestion about a website would include the nobility. And when you skim that cream, it's rich indeed. The Roman nobility alone could supply many sex objects for a social-climber's wet dream.

Is it permissible to gossip? Perhaps only with some oblique allusions to the royals or nobles in question?

>IMHO the answer to the original question is: BOTH. Queens

>are indeed born, but must be nurtured into their full royal

>potential by the rough-and-tumble of life's experiences and

>the tender ministrations of other queens they meet along

>life's way.

I'm with trilligual on this one --- being a queen is BOTH nature and nuture!

I think people can be born with certain "queenliness" (for the lack of a better word) qualities such as an effeminate voice (it doesn't have to be a high-pitched one, BTW). These qualities may eventually contribute to be parts of the person's queenliness. However, a person's life experiences (i.e. the ways he is brought up, his friends, the social environments, etc.) can allow those qualities to flourish and hence, a queen is "born"!

RE: Spanish Lisp

That's what I meant about "do" the wedding. Cecil Beaton is the only person I can think of who would be truly qualified. But today it occurred to me how outre it would be for Vivienne Westwood and Isaac Mizrahi in tandem. Of course, Vera Wong would have to do the dresses, I mean, suits.

ExFratBoy,

Good analysis. Great post. But why give TT the satisfaction?

Phage,

Can't agree with you more. (re: EFB's post --- when did you join Deej as a moderator of the MC? Hehe...)

I think I'm in love... always had a soft (well, just the opposite) spot for fratboys, ex or otherwise.

exFratBoy, what are you doing the rest of your life????? How about Sarturday night? Don't know what you look like but your backbone is prominent and solid -- a strong foundation augers well for the rest. Don't go, don't leave us all waiting at the chruch.

Waiting at the alter...

TY :-)

P.S. Weren't you a little tough on TT?? I mean both barrels... "some putz who sells my mom eye-shadow" Not really worried though TT is tough and resilient and...
