There's certainly a wide field to choose from that have pictures, from this site alone. Escort websites further widen the playing field. But occasionally I'll see a print ad that catches my eye. I'll admit it's happening less and less often these days, but if the mood strikes I'm not going to rule out calling a print ad with no photo.

Only with rare exception would I consider hiring w/o seeing a pic. After hiring one escort that I didn't see a face shot, I decided I wouldn't do that again. BTW the guy was VGL but I just didn't like the idea of not knowing what he looked like. As far as asking for a dick pic well I would prefer to know what it looks like and not be surprised with a fish hook looking dick later! LOL

i only hire when i can see a picture. the draw back is that some escorts are using pictures that are 5 or 10 years old or more. when you meet them, the surprise is not a good one. this goes along with the wrong age listed as well.

I've been hired a few times with clients not seeing what I looked like...i.e. if they IM my AOL screen name. As with everyone, I offer to provide pics, but they say they can't see them on his computer because his computer is too slow. Thus, an appointment was still made....:+

I would never hire an escort before seeing him, either in picture or in person. In these days of the internet, there is no reason not to have a picture to share. It's not necessary to have one on a publicly available website, though of course that is the most efficient way of publicizing yourself. But there should be some to share with interested clients. I have hired guys with no picture, but only after meeting them at TH or Stella's or some other venue.

 

I would wonder why an escort would object to sharing a picture, as he is in fact selling himself on the basis of surface compatibility. There are ways of taking photos which do not compromise identity if that is important, and I think any responsible client would understand not sending your face everywhere.

 

One suggestion for internet photos: imbed or attach the date on which the photo was taken.

I agree with Marc. I generally like to see a face shot because I don't want to be disappointed. Talking with the person is also perferably. Before this site, I have hired without seeing a picture with mixed success. I also have taken the advice of a certain agency but generally, I like what I like.
