TLA...

Despite the contextual clues, I was at a loss for the meaning of TLA.

When my friends and me...oops....I, were of bar hopping age, we used the phrase "TLA" for Trendy Little Assholes.

"Damm, this place is full of TLA's"

Will,

I think yours was the best posting I have read in some time.

And certainly, your grasp of grammar is more good than mine.

Sadly, that phrase still works. And it works in almost any club. ;-)

DC,

We should all post what we feel. Even if the style is bad, or if the thought differs from others, it adds variety to this place . I like to read your comments, as they are interesting, thoughtful, and at times combative.

Someone can attack my points, grammar, or spelling, I take it lightly. I don't have the time to create flowing prose for each post. I do my best to proofread, but I know errors slip through. I devote more time and attention to writing something for professional reasons. Hey, a bell just went off. Since this is your job, and you treat it as a profession, then stands to reason you write in a professional manner. For myself, this isn't a professional, but interesting diversion. But, I respect your points of view and the fine style.

Your point #1 had great puncuation, but wasn't the use of "indeed" a tad superfluous? (I had to get the dictionary out). It seems dreadfully recherche.

It is so nice to see that even the “oh so eloquent Will” can be a bitch like the rest of us.

Of course, you’ll notice that he's one hell of an eloquent bitch….unlike the rest of us.

so, why is it that in every 3rd posting of yours, you mention the size of your penis?
