Look, you kiss your mother, your lover, your child. Not the same way, but it's all kissing. Kissing can be a way to show affection, love, passion, compassion...the list is endless. Fucking is often just a way to get off. I see your point that being inside another person is very intimate but no one kisses with a condom on their tongue!
