This has not been a prodigious year for me, I must confess. I guess I would say that it is a tie between Ryan in Amsterdam and Jonathan/Daniel in London.

 

How about supplementing the question for ranking escort cities as well. This year I have London at No. 1, followed by New York and Amsterdam, third but in a fast decline.
