Not sure I agree with this view of the world. The NBA is LOADED with talent... but the writers vote for an MVP. The film industry makes lots of great movies, but the critics choose an Oscar. There is beautiful music everywhere you turn, but someone still wins the Grammy. Picking a "best" is not a diss on anyone else, it is just the way we have been conditioned to create organization in our evaluation system.
