Postings? what is happening?

Some 2 wks ago I posted a review on Adrian from LA. I received a receipt notice from HooBoy but I have not seen the review posted. Not sure what has happened. I posted this review as I found this guy very nasty to me over the phone and it confirmed other reviewers findings! Note he goes by both Adrian 1 and Adrian#2. Same guy. Be advised!

Adrian it has to do with how many reviews he has and I haven't checked but I bet HOOBOY has. If over 10 he has to wait for 30 days in between. So go see if that is the case. It is normally in the message that Hoo send us but we don't read also in the FAQ's HUGS chuck

Were you actually with the escort or was your review only of his nastiness over the phone? If your only experience was the phone conversation, then I don't believe it is the policy of this site to publish a review of that. I also believe you probably get an automatic, form reply via email when you submit a review.

Not sure what's going on, perhaps Hoo is just a little behind. A client e-mailed me a couple of weeks ago to tell me he'd submitted a review of me and it hasn't shown up yet. I'm sure it can be time consuming sorting through all those reviews, but I think overall he does a great job.

In the confirmation message of a review I sent in yesterday, HB noted that they are running behind the normal period that it takes to post (stated as 1-14 days). Another review I've submitted is well past the 14 day mark. Both reviews (Bobby Thompson and Erik Stellar, both of Los Angeles) are very good, and both guys have accurate reviews posted already, so it's really no big deal, but the guys still appreciate the publicity.

 

HB also mentioned in that message (and in several places on this site) that contributors get priority treatment, including regarding the speed with which reviews are posted. His site, his rules.

VaHawk, you are right. I did not meet the man, but I decided to post a review of how awful he was to me on the phone as useful information to others that might be inclined to give him a call. I have never been treated by an escort so rudely and this surely is an indication of what he is like, as in fact backed up by other posted reviews of this guy. However, I will abide by Hoo's decision, but it would have been nice to be told why my review was rejected, if in fact it was. x(

Believe it or not, I get a lot of these questions. Folks, if you didn't eat at the restaurant, I do not think you can write about the sashimi. If you don't like the way the menu looks or if the matre'd has an attitude problem, move on. Do not try to dish the dish.

 

On the other hand, I don't know of any restriction on recounting your experience or impressions here.

The MESSAGE CENTER is NOT an area for REVIEWS.

 

If an escort is rude on phone, hang up and move on. I do not understand why people want to dog someone they never met. As far as I know, the CLIENT (or poster) was the asshole, eh?

 

Think about it. Discussion is fine, but when someone can come in and smear another, where is the accountability?

 

Let's PLEASE be Honest In Our Judgments & Truthful In Our Reporting.

 

Anyone can come here to the MESSAGE CENTER and post any crap thus diminishing the value of this board. I really like the way things are running now. The moderators are not heavy-handed, the users are using the ALERT button to notify us when there is a problem and I can concentrate on other issues that will hopefully help us all to have really great times.

 

There are so many people here that are smarter than me; I appreciate your input.
