Two arrests in less than a month. I will say the unpopular ... seems like Kristan and maybe Athan are not the upstanding citizens they or others on this board want us to believe :( . Federal and local arrests, sounds like very serious charges.

 

Lee Malvo's mother stated to CNN today that her son was not a "bad boy."

 

Kurt Cobian screamed the word "denial" repeatdly during fade out of the song, "Teen Spirit."

Huey not sure what you are talking about 2 arrests in one month this is the same thing. You seem to not believe in anyone didnt you have a good relationship with your family?? You are talking about all this stuff kinda funny sorry if I surmise BUT . Once Again I know them and don't you sorry. HUGS Chuck

If these stories are true, then exactly what are these supposed charges? If he's in jail, it's a matter of public record, and not some kind of secret. As a matter of fact, one would think something like this would be in the newspapers. Instead of putting up all these interesting stories with requests for money, why don't we get referred to articles or documents which support these stories? Otherwise, I'll remain in the "very skeptical" category.

Unicorn I don't have the stories was hoping that some guys from Houston would. I talked to K the other nite and Athan tonite. I am not at liberty to tell you the story or the charge. If you read in the papers one thing but I will not post before it is public knowledege. I wish it wasnt true or didnt happen. HUGS chuck

And here we have the 2,847,923rd post from HUGS chuck touting the innocence of these two wonderful fugitives from Texas.

 

And now he says "I am not at liberty to tell you the story or the charge. If you read in the papers one thing but I will not post before it is public knowledge"

 

Very touching - but if he/they is/are charged and one of them is in jail, then it IS public knowledge.

 

My advice to you? Don't bother applying for a job at CNN.

OK I am confused. You stated that Kristan isn in jail tonight. Well, two nights ago he wasn't in jail or he was posting from jail? ABout 3 weeks ago he said he was arrested. Let me see arrested 3 weeks ago, I guess out on bail ... now back in jail. What happened was he looking for a place to sleep tonight? Usually people who are in jail are arrested. It appears that he ahs been arrested twice. Even if he was out on bail and picked up for the same offense that is a second arrest.

 

Chuck don't try to be cute with me. Instead spend your time on answering the questions posed to you. Here I will remind you:

 

A- Because Kristain is gay he deserves our support? You DID state this.

 

B- Have you made a large financial contribution to his legal fund? Obviously not as you state he has a bad lawyer.

 

C- Doesn't he have family or friends that can assist like many people?

 

D- Since he or Athan (to my knowledge never asked for donations) have they requested that you do so on their behalf? If not then why do you feel that we should do so?

 

E- What makes you so sure that I don't know them? I never stated either way and will not do so as unlike you I don't find it important. I don't know the two men arrested for sniping either ... yet have opinions about them.

What's the point in airing Kristian's "dirty laundry"?

 

Chuck... your posts (although you may mean well) are more detrimental than helpful to Kristian's cause. You seem to "brag" in every post that you know them personally or call them nightly to discuss this matter. If you want to be a good friend, then do it privately. I am appauled that you would post "Kristian in Jail" as a new topic... how embarrassing for the poor guy. Give him some privacy to handle this situation instead of creating a bigger stir with such sensationalized headlines.

 

I have a gut feeling that you may mean well, but THINK about what you're doing. As a legal expert, I advised Kristian personally not to talk to anyone (especially gossip mongers and big mouths on this message board)... perhaps I should talk to Athan as well. It seems his private conversations are re-hashed on this message board.

I don't get how a "friend" of these two who is so protective of them and not at liberty to discuss the charges decides to start a thread titled "Kristian in Jail". FBI agents (5 of them) with rifles, computers confiscated, poor Kristian knocked to the ground and now behind bars...things aren't this dramatic even on "The Sopranos".

1. Chuck uses "whether" but gives us only one choice.

2. The parenthetical statement contains the other half of the "whether" choice. This may be a mistake of punctuation. But let's continue.

Huh? Let's ignore the fact that he omitted "the". Why is "Police" capitalized? Is he referring to the group? If he's not, then what the hell is he talking about? INVOLVED with the police? They were having an affair?

I have no firsthand knowledge of Chuck and his habits, but if someone were to ask me my first impression, I would have to say whoever wrote this was drunk at the time.

 

In closing, I will say one thing about the Kristian brouhaha: if he IS in jail, we're gonna find out why so I think they subject is just getting started.

I hate it when shit like that happens. I rarely bother to preview what I write so it drives me crazy when I discover my fingers have a mind of their own when I type.

Interesting FFF... my first reaction to reading Chuck's post was this man is either DRUNK or an illegal alien. I figured DRUNK since he feels compelled to spill all of Kristian's dirt.

 

The getting arrested twice thing doesn't make sense either. Anyone with common sense will either think Chuck's post is a fraud, or Kristian's email was a fraud. If he was arrested on the 17th, then he MUST have made bail to be able to send Hooboy an email. What new serious charge prompts him to be arrested AGAIN while out on bail??

 

Anyway, enough from me regarding details. I don't need them. It's Kristian's business. But when people post such drama, I will respond.

Actually, there's a certain popular escort who once told me that he kept going to jail on drug charges. He said "Jail just wasn't a deterrent" due to all the hot sex. I don't know when and where they do it. I guess the guards just keep a blind eye?
