If he was arrested I believe privacy is not available. It's all public record. One just needs to know what they are looking for and how to get there.

In all seriousness, the idea of him in any prison, and especially a texas prison, is a genuinely painful thought. A guy that looks like he does and has the soft (or what we would call "sweet") disposition will most likely be eaten alive. Kristian is in jail tonite. These charges whether trumped up (which I think they are or not) are very serious. I know some are very skeptical about this whole thing. I think most think that he would not be involved with Police. I am sure last week he did too. Let alone the FBI. I just talked to Athan who said the whole thing was very scary. Not sure when Kristian will get out. Sounds like his lawyer isnt much only in it for the money and if you don't have it what can those kinda guys do. Let's all hope this will work out and one of these day's Kristian will feel comfortable telling us what it was all about HUGS Chuck
