I agree that the emphasis on selectivity is off-putting, here and in other escort ads.  But, to be fair, the next sentence, which you don't include in your quote, is "I prioritize arrangements built on mutual respect, clear communication, and trust."   He seems to be saying that the selectivity is based on these factors, not on his reluctance "to humiliate [himself] to suck some old dick" as you so eloquently phrased it in one of your prior posts.

I love Chris Evans, but no. Not for $4,000; not for $1,000. My attraction to Evans is based on him being a famous actor who plays a superhero(s). He doesn't look in person like he does in his photos, and the attraction I have toward him - outside of the characters he plays - is that he seems like a nice guy. He fell down in my estimation when, after years of dating interesting women - comedians, serious actresses - who were his age, he ended up marrying a woman 15 years his junior. She's an actress whose work I really enjoy - so perhaps they worked together and fell for each other. But it's low key giving "famous actor marries beautiful younger woman."

It’s important to know this escort hustle isn’t long term and looks fade as we age. There’s always someone younger and more muscular. I always tell the regular guy I see once you hit 36 you have to start thinking exit strategy. Sadly many are in there 30s and starting off. This field can be lucrative if you choose to not let it consume you. If one can charge $400 an hour and hustle 40 hours a week. That’s a lot of money In a year.. but it also is a field where you have to perform and sadly how many can have sex for 40 hours a week and not feel jaded?? It’s unrealistic. But point is, capitalize on your youth and marketability. Sam sounds smart per everyone else’s comment so he prob will be set by the time he’s 30.. if he’s truly 24-25 rn

His age is accurate.  How Sam runs his personal life is honestly none of anyone's business, mine or yours.  For those of us with kids, you know full well, just because you're their parent doesn't mean they listen to your advice on what to do or how to live their lives.   

As I and others have said, Sam isn't for everyone's taste.  If he's not cup of tea, move on.  There are plenty of other fish in the sea.  Find one that suits your liking.
