Maybe it's not even worthy of discussion, but I just watched this documentary on Netflix. I knew almost nothing about the case. 

It made me really worry about our country. Who the fuck are these people? All of the young people seemed terrible, all of their parents were horrendous. We can call the crash a tragedy, but the real tragedy happened long before that. These young people posted videos of themselves smoking weed while driving, allowed their friends to track their locations, were permitted to live together by parents at seventeen years of age, bullied each other, used aggressively foul language, threatened to kill each other or themselves, and on and on. 

When this is the life of middle class high school students in middle America and the parents, the school, and the community tolerate and excuse it, we are sunk. 

Has anyone seen it?
