"Something went wrong" or "Houston we have a problem"

Lately whenever I try to access the COM site from my Android phone I get the above messages.  This happens only from my phone and only at the COM site.

I'm curious to know if any other members are experiencing this or anything similar.

I used to have a similar problem occasionally, until I realized it only happened when I was on a VPN. When I stopped using the VPN to sign on, I had no problem.
