Adam Shankman is director. It's a major motion picture, with Universal Pictures sharing distribution. The writers have a popular queer comedy podcast. RuPaul loves to laugh, so the script had to pass his muster, assuming he's a tough critic of funny. I don't know about the rest of the country, but several theaters in NYC will be showing this film. I will be going with a friend who loves Drag Race.

I have always liked Ru Paul.

I watch a little bit of his drag race show, but for me it's not really "must see TV".

I'll def watch it at home. I'm interested when they post what the budget was and see what critics think.
