Guys with big dicks bottom all the time, it's not abnormal. But he probably thinks you're an idiot for asking that when his profile position clearly says "Top" and not "verse/top" or "verse". Hashtag says top, and profile text says "dominant top" 😆. Bottoming is very clearly not what he's offering in the context of RM.

My own stats about this: I’ve had 3 guys who advertise as only tops bottom for me. And 2 have blocked me for asking.

If they made an exception for you, that's great. But still generally best to let them offer that to you or not ask till you've built some kind of rapport with them and they can make the choice to offer an off menu service to you. Will reduce your odds of being blocked by the guys who are bothered being asked about stuff they don't advertise.
