I think all labels can be confusing.

In my opinion, it’s always best to discuss with any individual what they will, and what they will not, do in bed. 

On a date with any guy, I aim to be polite. If I’m unsure if we’ll play well together, I simply state upfront what I enjoy. Then I check that our wishes/desires are compatible.

Whose back did he injure, the bottom’s or his own? Not clear from the way you wrote it.

I personally identify myself as an "oral top".  Simply means I'm a top but I also enjoy giving head.  Some people have the perception that just because you're a top then you don't like to give head which is just not true.  So some of us say oral top to let others know that we will be having mutual fun in the bedroom.

The bottom, the guy was like 5’3 muscular but the 6’7’ guy was f’ing him like a rag doll! A group of us were watching, after he was done with him he left the area; I stalked him and there he was in the lounge area again with his oral obsession. I circled back near the glory holes and bumped into emergency putting the 5’3 on a stretcher. The 6’7 when we were 69ing was jack hammering my throat; the tears started welling up.
