Difficulty In Hiring

I don't hire often, but with some travels coming up, I looked at Chicago and Indianapolis. The latter had exactly zero persons who interested me. My expectations for Chicago were higher, but it was total disappointment there.

'All of this was complicated when I found someone who looked promising. Then I came here, to the Deli, to see what had been said about the person. Generally, the comments were discouraging, When there were positive comments, I texted the provider and got no responses.

I both wonder how these escorts stay in business, and how successful you guys are at finding someone to hire. I know that money talks, but I don't have much of that.

Am I so wrong on my observations?

It seems like you're having a little bad luck, that's all. Which happens at times with this "hobby." Also, you're travelling to markets that aren't known for having a huge community of providers to choose from.

Reaching out to a provider and not hearing back from him is something I wouldn't call normal but it does happen at times. I'm very successful at finding providers but that's because I live in a major market and my travels are always to major market cities.

Chicago has some great providers, not as many as LA or New York, but there is a lot of talent there. I have been with at least 6  whom I would highly recommend if you would like to DM me. Just let me know the type of guy and what you are looking for them to do.

Personally I’ve only had luck in Chicago with recommendations from other clients. The times I’ve reached out without a “So and so from wherever recommendations led you to me” I’ve received crickets. Mileage may vary for others. 😉

Lots of providers, even in New York and London, don’t respond. It’s just the nature of the business.

Why not shop in person when you're there? Find out the location of the city's biggest megachurch, and hang out by the employee entrance.
