Both ads are written in the third person to describe him: .e.g. he is rather than I am

Any thoughts about what this means?  Does he have a handler?  Is it a question of lost in translation?  Or just being pretentious?

AI generated. And he didn’t bother to improve the prompt to make it sound human and natural.  Maybe his English is not that good.

Using the VPN, I read the one review posted about him on RM.  The reviewer just joined RM a day before posting the review.  The review also sounds AI generated.  It reads:  Pietro is a beautiful boy, polite, very smelly, kisses very well, we had a good time together and I will definitely come back"

“Very smelly” is definitely a direct translation from Portuguese which actually means that he smells good. It’s common to find that mistranslation from a lot of the Brazilian providers.
