Hi guys, wondering if folks have any recommendations. Early 40s, starting to experience PE.
 

Have always been pretty sensitive but I’m finding sometimes unexpected quick release: will be getting massaged, inner thighs, and release before I even sense an arousal; will be masturbating and release almost before I’m hard; will have to slow down after 2 or 3 thrusts.
 

Try to breathe through it but it’s almost becoming more likely than less likely. 
 

urologist? Psychologist? Pelvic floor exercises? Edging? 
 

open to idea. Doesn’t make me feel great
