Rentmen video volume

I used to be able to hear audio when the rentmen providers posted videos introducing themselves.  For some reason I no longer have volume and don't see any setting for it.  Anyone else have this problem on android or know how to solve?

On both my Windows computer and my Android phone, Rent.men now plays videos with the volume muted by default.  On Android, click on the video after you hit play and some controls will pop up, one of them being a speaker icon with a slash through it.  Tap that once to enable the audio.

On my Windows / desktop computer, I have to click on the video, then blow it up to full-screen mode (upper right hand corner button), then the volume button is on the lower left hand corner.  Yes, it is defaulted to mute, so you have to unmute it first.  I guess the setup is different, depending on which browser / OS you're using.
