Anyone Get A Call From The Arizona Dept Of Health?

I just got this phone call. They left a voicemail as I didn't answer the phone. 
 

"Hello I am calling on behalf of the Arizona Department of Health to conduct an important study on the health of us residents We will call again in the next few days to conduct the interview If you have any questions please call us toll free at 844 6044394 at your convenience Thank you"

I see a couple of Facebook posts-one from 9 years ago and one from a few months back suggesting it might be real.

I participate in a NYC health study each year. I got a tote bag & a $10 gift card last year.

Why would I disclose my health information on a phone call to a government agency?  If they want to collect data for some legitimate purpose, surely they could find a way to do so that's more anonymous.

If you are concerned that the call isn't real, you could try to find the actual contact number for the health dept. on their website.  Then call them and ask if they are doing this study.
