I suspect he meant complaisant, which it turns out is a word in English, although I checked it to see if he had used a French word. It means "marked by an inclination to please or oblige'.

I knew it meant something like this in Spanish.  If the escort in question actually wrote his ad copy, then I should be praising his English skills, for they are a million times better than my Spanish.

He could also have meant "compliant". Clearly, English is not his mother tongue.
His services also consist of "Morbo". Bozo has seen that word used before by Latino escorts. Apparently there is no English equivalent. Wish they would stop using it since most Americans, including Bozo, have no idea what it means.

I’m pretty sure he got “complacent” by mistranslating the Spanish “complaciente,” which means the same thing as “complaisant” (I had no idea that was a word in English).

As for “morbo,” while its standard definition is morbidity or morbidness, in slang it means sexual attraction.  “Tener (to have) morbo” means to be or to get horny; “dar (to give) morbo” means to make horny.  “Me das morbo” means you make me hot/horny.
